What is your mars placement and how do you get your exercise?
I believe there may have been a topic like this posted before and there were a lot of correlations if I'm not mistaken.

My mars is in Taurus.
Most exercise I get is from walking and dancing, I don't have a routine and don't worry much about what I eat although I know I probably should .

My Mars is in Leo, 3rd house, but I'm not into anything too dynamic or intense, and I'm neither athletic nor fit, even though this placement is said to give great stamina and energy (not true in my case, I'm useless when it comes to any kind of exercise).
Still, exercising has become increasingly important in my life, but I'm still not talking about Leo/Mars, 3rd house type of activities. I started going for long walks and doing yoga on daily basis. I've also recently taken up ballroom and contemporary dancing. I'n not really into tranists, so I haven't checked it, but I have a feeling that my Mars has gotten stronger in the last 6 months or so, which,in turn, made me more interested in physical activities.

My Mars is in Capricorn, third house, but part of a tight stellium with Saturn-Uranus-Neptune.

I love the gym. Lifting weights. The structure of it. (Workout logs. Numbers on the treadmill. SATURN.) I need music and a pleasant, clean-looking gym (NEPTUNE.) I also need variety inside the gym. I change it up, and some days just workout all over the place with no structure (URANUS.)

I'm very regimented. My over active third house makes me restless and anxious, and my Mars needs a physical outlet, or I'm irritable (Sun-Mars sextile).

i have mars in the 11th in aquarius squaring jupiter(which i think maybe amplifies my mars), so like I don't have a workout routine because i don't workout, atleast not in a disciplined way, i need exercise to be diverse and mentally stimulating somewhow to keep me interested.I can't do anything too repetitive, like i even had problems with running the mile because i was just so bored doing it. I also hear i should be into extreme sports, and I guess I would be, if i knew for sure i wouldn't die.

Mars in Pisces. I don't exercise at the moment.

I used to do step work, weight work, stability ball work, and bouncing on a rebounder. When I was younger, I also went swimming, and skipped rope, rode my bicycle, like a lot of children. And had a dance class for a while.

Mars in Aries (10th).
And true to form, I like vigorous workouts! Gym, running and cycling.

Prefer to exercise alone at my own pace, and incorporate constant variety. I don't like being tied to the pace of others and so won't attend exercise classes.

Tiredness, "hard day at work", "too busy" etc are unacceptable excuses.

Libra mars Conj. MC (0°)
I love the feeling I get after exercise (Except I can't breathe after 10 mins... Love the feelings once I can breathe again though -_-)
But actually getting up to do it?
Ugh.. Maybe tomorrow.
I have to listen to music.
I like having someone with me sometimes, just for the motivation.

Now if there's a pool / whatever kind of body of water, I can stay in there and workout all day.

I love to exercise 5xs a week, doing strength training and crossfit. I dance modern 2xs a week, and just started en pointe again after three years to build muscle and tone(I've been doing classical ballet since 2, and en pointe since 9). I love cardio from cross fit, and dancing, and in unconventional ways, but I HATE RUNNiNG. Hate it, hate it.

I love to work-out with a trainer, or a friend, or boss somebody around(Mars quintile SUn/MC), and I like following a strict regimen that way it's more than a habit, but ingrained in me.

I have Mars in Pisces in 7th house quintile MC/Sun, semi-sextile Venus, sextile Saturn, square Uranus.

Mars in 5H Sag stellium (moon, Uranus, Neptune) sextile Libra (Scorpio cusp) stellium which includes sun as well as all other planets not Jupiter or in Sag.

These days it's mostly nature hikes as well as working out at a fitness center and also playing racquetball which I need to do as I feel bad without it. I also like target shooting and archery.

When I was younger I did a lot of surfing and skateboarding but I only dabble in that now (skateboarding is strictly a mode of transportation for me now, I no longer visit skateparks, at least not for myself). I also used to train in various martial arts a lot more (including some hardcore sparring that required protective gear) but today I just do enough to not get out of practice.

I have Mars in Leo square Saturn... quintile Pluto.

I run and weight lift 5 times a week.... Im not going to give you the "Bad ass Pluto line" but I'm driven to extreme... Like I have to know I work out harder and longer the everybody else.

The frustration between Saturn give me the persistence more than the quintile to pluto.

Saturn make you feel like you have to prove something.

I have lost 30 pounds since I have gone through my Saturn return.

Mars in Gemini in the 12th - conjunct Moon, square Venus, square Jupiter, trine Saturn, quincunx Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

I don't have to exercise, I do enough of it mentally

No really though. I'm not really big on exercising. I've never had a huge, immediately-apparent need to, at least not weight-wise. I just don't really enjoy it even though I know it's great for you. There are moments though when I'm alone that I will do my own exercises, but not following any specific regimen or watching a video. And occasionally if I'm in a great mood, I might put on music and dance my butt off.

I'm gonna guess this is because I prefer to mentally exercise (Gemini) my brain instead of immediate concern of my body. Research, learn, discover! I do like to be active though, but it's usually on my own terms. And true to 'word', I'm much more comfortable and happy doing Martian activities either alone or with the people I'm closest to (12th).

Mars in Aqua in 4H, square Jupiter & Pluto, trine Moon

Plenty of bodyweight exercises and sports. I also love the feeling I get after working out, when I feel completely exhausted. I workout alone. I can workout at a very intense pace when I get emotional, same goes for sports, I play better when I get emotional. Maybe it’s one of the perks of having Mars in water house.

MARS in Cap, 11H, square SATURN-JUPITER, sextile VENUS, semisextile SUN. He's also my earth singleton. The brat.

Capricious, yes. MARS is my trouble-child, but once he really makes up his mind to do something, he'll DO it. It's that irritating give-and-take tug of war between SATURN and JUPITER.

I like following my own routine, and I'd rather make it up as I go, instead of trying to accommodate to others or following a prescribed plan (11H=Uranian). I have a recumbent bike, and will also sweat it out with strength training and weights. I hate sweating in front of other people, or gasping like a fish (NARCISSUS-AC, haha). Hate going to the gym. I take a morning mile walk with my mom, but that's more for her benefit than mine. I just like seeing the pretty sunrise and the birds in the pond.

I had childhood asthma, so I wasn't athletic as a kid. I lean more toward anaerobic activities than aerobic, because I hate gasping, and have an ingrained aversion due to my asthmatic history. I put more of my effort into controlling my diet than hardcore exercising as a result, so I eat fairly well. As such, I may have occasionally been a sloth from time to time, but I've never been overweight or fat.

My SUN is in Sag, so I have sturdy legs, and prefer activities that use them (biking, taekwondo, walking). I used to swim everyday as a kid, but not anymore.

Mars 12th sextile 11th house stuff,

I hate exercising, I prefer to do lazy things like not eating much, eating salads, drinking green tea, waist training. Anything but exercise unless it's dance because that's at least fun.

Mars in Gemini, 11th house stuff in Aries.

I have Algol Mars in the 8th house with Jupiter and Saturn Asc both trine Mars (disciplined and energetic). My Mars is in Mars' terms and in Chariot- which in traditional astrology means that my Mars behaves more like Mars in dignity (Aries and Scorpio Mars).

I like the gym a lot, and more often, I prefer to do physical activities alone, except for cycling. As for eating, I don't eat a lot, and I'm vegetarian. I don't like buttery/oily foods, I don't like sweets, I'm sensitive to salt so I eat very plain foods. I drink mostly water and sometimes I'll have coconut water (when I can afford it since it's pretty expensive). Maybe once a month I'll have ice cream, if that...since I'm not into sweets. I mostly like to eat fresh veggies and tofu.

I'm pretty athletic, and always really active in many areas. I like doing things where I feel really beaten up (like running around nonstop for 8 or more hours) or moving stuff all day long, etc. I use to swim religiously 5 or 6 times a week at 2-3 hours a day. I did a lot of long distance cycling for many years (since my teens) and I did yoga nearly everyday.

As a general thing, I do not like team sports, although, I did play a lot of team sports when I was in high school and junior high (softball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, track).

For the past year I haven't really been going to the gym or doing much exercise, simply because where I moved to does not have as many 24 hr fitness gyms. The gyms that's available are ones that I don't like and I don't want to pay all the fees upfront and all that just for something I don't like. I've been telling my mother to add me to her gym membership for 4 months now, and she's so damn slow at getting things done. She's Virgo Mars in 1st house. GRRRRRRR too busy analyzing and not enough doing!

I go to yoga sporadically but I don't like going to big studios because I hate being around a ton of people. I try to do some exercise while I'm at home instead. Despite not having much activity going on, I'm still surprised that I'm pretty fit, I don't lose my breath, and I'm still extremely energetic. I've even lost weight and my normal clothes are a little loose, which surprises me...

Aries Mars in 12th

My exercising routine will go from super dedicated and motivated to just not giving a damn and being impatient with the results.

I need the workout to be fun, creative and spiritually satisfying. I don't always want to feel like I'm actually exercising. Alone, in my room is the ideal location. Yoga, hoop dancing, pilates, and dancing are my favorites

Thats interesting, I'm a Taurus Mars (4th) and you would think I am lazy as hale.

But nope, gym every morning. I usually run long-distance and also weights/yoga. I think Venus in 1st makes me want to look good too.

Mars trine Saturn, Mars square Sun, Mars square Pluto.

Mars in Libra sextile Jupiter in Sag.

A lot of lunges, squats, chin ups, push ups, bench presses and leg ups.

I also don't mind swimming and don't like to do the same thing for too long.

I am vain. I feel "sexier" after a good, intense, sweaty workout. And am very body conscious.

I am not aiming to look like He-man or Hercules. But I do like the look of my own reflection
