I know this aspect has been discussed before, but I still don't really understand it. I know it's subjective based on other contributing aspects, but I WANNA KNOWWW WHAT HAPPENS

He's basically like my brother. There's occasionally flirtation but it quickly dissolves into awkwardness and trying to one up another.

Mars in gemini (me) Mars in Sag (him.)

Great!!! That's what I was thinking too.

It's different than other same-planet oppositions. Venus opposite Venus feels really negative and seems like it can get annoying feeling misunderstood/neglected, but I'm trying to figure out how Mars plays out.

My oldest daughter and I have it. I'm not generally a competitive person, but with her, this hidden aspect of myself comes up. We have a few fun competitive activities we do. Though playing a board game seems cutthroat. Yet if she loses a game, she doesn't take it well.

Lots of bickering and arguing.....she can be very saucy.

For me and my experience it was instant attraction on both parts. Me being 5H Sag Mars, him being 11H Gem Mars. (Our Asc conjunct eachother so yes, they were opposed by both sign and house)

It was crazy intense and always fun no matter what we were doing. Yes we were competitive, but it was never in a malicious sense. And it didnt really have the feeling of trying to one up eachother, more like he made it interesting, now i have to as well. And being Competitive in bed is...fun. To say the least lol.

It should have lasted a lifetime, but silly mistakes and outside factors got their claws in early in the relationship.. We still talk occasionally and the attraction is still there in a huge way, but this just isnt our time.

This aspect was exactly what I expected it to be.

I met a guy friend who has his mars in Leo. Due to other factors in the chart we form a close platonic bond.

Later I find that he has another friend who instantly makes me rubs me the wrong way. Cant say why. He's actually a pretty straight up guy. Did my research and there it was His Mars in Libra opposes my Mars in Aries

Instantly I became very possessive of my Mars in Leo friend who has his Sun in Pisces. I have my Sun in Cancer and of course the Mars in Libra has his sun in Scorpio.

A great amount of tension. At first I thought I was crazy. But it was later revealed to me that our poor Pisces friend dealt with a fair amount of possessiveness from the other guy as well.
