Because Pluto is thrown into the mix, he's probably more intense than someone with a straight Mars-Venus-Mercury. More private.

I think anyone who knows him can attest to the fact that he's brilliant and knows something about virtually everything. He has an incredible memory...'used to actually perform memory tricks like learning the phone number of every student in his fathers' classes. But, maybe it's the Venus...he's usually humble about it. He doesn't try and flaunt his wealth of knowledge, he downplays it.

He's also extremely funny and I think that's one thing that's kept us together this long. He gets me laughing so hard I literally can't breathe.

He has sensitive ears: he loves classical music and if he ever hears a piece playing, like out in public, he can almost always identify it after a few seconds. If we are at a restaurant he will be listening to what's being said at all the tables within our earshot. I won't even know it until he suddenly says, "Shhh" so he can listen more closely to what's being said at another table.

He is a stickler for language purity and loathes slang and faddish, careless talk.

When he wants to be charming, he is absolutely charming. Every word he uses, every gesture, is intentional and focused. He is perfectly attentive and listens well.

When he's in a bad mood...it's like he exudes his frustration into the air. Almost like you can actually, palpably feel it. He doesn't even have to say much, I swear it comes out of his pores.

He just communicates more powerfully than most people. If he wants someone to feel bad he can do it in a glance. If he wants them to feel welcome and cared for, he can do that, too.

You and he both have Mercury and Venus in Virgo so I would expect some similarities there.

I just remembered that my ex-soulmate also had a Mercury-Mars-Venus-Pluto conjunction, in Libra. His level of charm was extreme and annoying because seriously-- he could have any girl he wanted. As this gradually dawned on him over time, he sorta became full of himself and harder to deal with...that's when we parted ways.
