My Gemini sun is at 3 degrees in my 10th house, so it's going to be opposed by Saturn once it transits into Sag. Does anyone have any interps/ thoughts/ opinions/ experience with this transit happening in the 4/10 house axis?

The 10th House has a lot to do with how we want to be seen in the world. How we want to make our mark in the world. With the sun there, you really strive to make your mark on the world. This is a connection between self/success/career/ambition. It puts the sun at the top of your chart. Is it 3 degrees Gemini or 3 degrees into the house? What is the degree of you MC/IC axis? You must be a Virgo Asc (like me!). Saturn rules the 10th House.

Saturn in the 4th is going to relate to family/ancestry/home/soul/upbringing/roots. I would say that your 10th House sun (Self/Life Force/What drives you), is going to be forced into a balancing act with Karma (Saturn) of your roots (4th). You must have a solid foundation in order to launch into your ambitions. What is the saying, you can't build a house on sand? Something like that? This is what I think of in this case. Saturn is about structure, planning, and can be rigid. Now your Gemini Sun is not traditional, not structured. Geminis don't like routine and they don't like schedules (I have a Gemini Moon and schedules make me want to barf). Being tied down to one thing is going to be bothersome, but there's Saturn saying "Nope you've got to look at this". However the extent to which this will be felt is going to have a lot to do with your life until this point. You need the ability to move mentally, to move onto the next thing easily. Where is Mercury in your chart? You have a strong Mercurial influence so I would say a lot of this transit could be mental for you.

In some form, you may be taking a look at things from your childhood, your family, or anything 4th house ruled. The 4th house is about what makes us feel secure. "Security" may be a theme during this transit, where we feel at home and feel safe. Oppositions are opportunities. The idea is balance. Saturn has a tendency to restrict us, but for good reason. Saturn can force us to re-evaluate. It also has a powerful structural effect. For example, Saturn just moved into my 3rd house and it has effected me positively so far. My normal wild hard to pin down thoughts and ADD learning style has been very stabilized by this. I've been able to anchor my Uranian mind in a productive manner, and have been able to "retain" things much better.

It could be that situations at home or with family force you to re-evaluate your ambitions. My husband is a 10th house Sun in Cancer, and the man is very ambitious and deeply feels he has something to contribute at large. You strive to make a mark on the world, but perhaps something from your past needs to be "tidied up" or recognized. You can't launch up without having strength in your footing, you have to have a good foundation. Saturn may make you look at this. I like to think of Saturn as the wise old man that holds the mirror up to ourselves & our lives. He sort of lifts up the "dust under the rug" and says "Ok now you have no choice but to sweep". Sometimes we don't like what we see, sometimes we don't like what has gotten us to this point, but the lessons are there. The point is not to be punished, the point is to just tidy it up, say "thank you" and move into the newness. He is a great great karmic teacher. I have grown to have a fondness for this old dude! Hopefully that helps!

I'm actually a very late Leo rising at 26 degrees. My Sun is three degrees into Gemini. My IC and MC axis is actually in the 3/9 house axis at 17 or 19 degrees, I can't remember which.

Despite the fact that I'm a Gemini, I have a Virgo Moon so I actually like stuff like schedules, order and the like.

So basically I just need to take care of something and/ or not ignore something in order to achieve and accomplish my goals in life?
