Natally, I have a Cancer Ascendant, so I usually have a very soft presence. Recently, however I noticed that people have been noticing me more even though I haven't consciously changed the way I act or present myself. I checked my progressed chart and my p.Ascendant is entering Leo. Could that be the cause?

yes its a big deal.. it means you overcame all that needs to be learned with cancer ascendant.. and are ready to experience leo ascendant.
