My first thought of a Scorpio sun and Venus, Gemini moon, and Leo Mars is one with a grandiose vision or goal/purpose (which may be enlightened or self-righteous/persecutor depending). The Leo Mars would enhance the Scorpio demand for loyalty and quite possibly submission while the Gemini moon would enhance a Scorpio's desire to understand people and look into mysteries to transcend boredom as well as moodiness...which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Some Scorpios can really get into looking good (fashion, bearing, etc) and I'd think a Gemini moon with Leo Mars would be especially prone to it, and probably wants followers (whether by inspiration or manipulation/trickery is up to the individual). The moodiness of Scorpio/Gemini and stubborn inflexibility that tend to be part of both Scorpio and Leo probably makes that difficult (and unfortunately more likely to work if the Scorpio uses underhanded means who holds his followers in contempt, but if more evolved then will have high standards for self and others and likely be very slow to accept the very few willing to follow anyway).

I'd be very careful about approaching this person with romantic intent. If evolved this person will be steadfast and true but will have very high standards who is easily alienated (one would need to know what his standards and ideals are to proceed with caution, though Scorpios loathe fakes who pretend to hold values they don't, just so you know), and if not so evolved then this person would likely be cruel and toss you aside with contempt once he tires of you which will probably happen sooner rather than later (unless he has other uses for you, but you won't be loved or respected for yourself).

So, well, Gemini moon gets misunderstood I think. We DO feel, and quite powerfully. The thing is, there is an ability in most cases to "turn off". Most often if I've decided to turn off it's because it's something that I don't want to feel. Scorpio suns are misunderstood too I think. They are not necessarily sex crazy. Just private really. From what I've seen. Scorpio VENUS on the other hand, very sexual.
Leo Mars... hmmmm... I don't know. I imagine they could throw quite a tantrum and want to be king in the bedroom. j

Overall I see this person as quiet, who's mind drifts around a lot from topic to topic. Eager to learn and probably quite intelligent. Bent on darker topics and sex. Particularly sexual taboo things, psychology, and things of that nature. Probably if you get them to open up and feel comfortable then they will talk your ear off about such things, as well as just about anything!
They will probably treat you quite well, like a queen, if you show them some respect and praise them from time to time.

My big caution is give them time. If this is a romantic prospect. They will need time to trust you, and feel you out. Both the scorp and Gem parts. Plus, on top of that, they may need to simply figure out what they want with you.
Be available, is my suggestion. But don't push, and don't be vulnerable, only available.
