How would you describe the personality of a guy with these aspects?

And, he's a little obsessed with me, so how can I turn him off?

I work with one, minus that Idk his asc.

I don't like him either.
He's one of those "man's man" which I think is just a show anyway.
Honestly, if he's anything like the guy I work with I'd just go off him, something crazy. I didn't, but I imagine it would work.

I've gotten grumpy with him, and him with me and we both end up throwing our hands up and walking away. LOL

I've gone off on him countless times. He still doesn't get it.
The one I know is the exact opposite of a "man's man." He's the biggest coward in the world!! I would have been more accepting if he had shown me his insecurities and vulnerabilities instead of making this big show to cover it up. Oh plus, I think he might be a little mentally unwell.

I need to know what turns them off? What makes them give up on something?
