I've noticed that the descriptions for thus placement tend toward Aquarian trait: social, protesting for social cause, etc...But based in the people I know who have it, it doesn't apply... My mother is against any type of protest and really capricorn (virgo sun, cap moon, scorp rising). My housemate has this and she is very traditional... So... i think try not to misunderstand what the aqua/uranus description is all about. there are tons of anti-social aqua loners, and the 11th house isn't about marching down the streets with signs or even caring about doing that. it is about *thinking* more globally, forming bonds with people so you can learn from them, and having awareness of others and issues beyond just the self. that could be thinking that expands through many ways - technology, education, social action, etc., or it could just be someone who dresses really crazy at work because they think they are bucking the norm. it can be as simple as fighting for your own social/personal freedoms (ie why many aqua placements stay single). you might be taking the description too literally?IP: Logged |

I have Sun Moon Merc and Venus in the 11th house. I agree with Starmoon when she said its about thinking more globally. I haven't been to a protest because I'm not very hip on when those are, but when I am it's usually a time where I have to work. However, I'd have no problem going or giving speeches on the causes I'm passionate about. I love enlightening others to like the body positive movement, how the media shapes our reality, etc. I will absolutely debate with someone on my beliefs if they wish to! I'm not that social though. I don't have 1,000+ friends on Facebook because I really believe Facebook is for people you are consistently friendly with. Not my 5th grade classmate, and not someone from a class I had one semester whom I never talk to again. If we didn't grow close then what good is it having you on my Facebook which is kind of for my inner circle? I'm just black and white that way - I either care about you from the start or not at all (but that's probably more my Moon / Pluto) IP: Logged |

I think this fits my mother. Not the cap girl though. Maybe having uranus in 11th makes one even more of an outcast. She doesn't dress crazily or anything and she's in relationships.... Probably dependent on them to some extent for a sense of fulfillment IP: Logged |

I am not "Aquarian" but I am "Uranian". I have a lightning quick mind, problems with anxiety (Virgo asc and Mars sextile Uranus) and problems with "freedom". Also problems with being faithful due to my need for freedom. Uranus (3H) is also trine my Sun and Mercury in 11H. I wouldn't be paid money to protest because I think it's ridiculous and I am so far away from being traditional it's almost funny. What I do care about is trying to bridge gaps between people with the help of communication and that is my life-philosophy. I want people to find their inner freedom to express their most sincere thoughts without thinking or feeling as if they are different or stupid. I can love you when we go to bed and decide to leave you 2 days later based on my mental activity. That decision will never revert back so I just leave. I MIGHT be more mercurial (changeable) than Uranian but those two planets are my top 2 ruling planets followed by moon so yeah, I change.. IP: Logged |

Hi Charlie,
Based on my experiences seeing your post on LL, I know you are very uranian but do not get along with Aquas. Can you explain the difference between uranian and aquarian? As a high Uranian Aqua, I actually dont know (do us Aqua ever know ourselves any way!) IP: Logged |

To ME, Uranians are far more tricky than Aquarians. They get flashes of thoughts in their brains that are hard to explain but they feel the need to act on them which may or may not result in confusion and mayhem for others.
