I had a good friend who was a double Leo with Venus in Virgo and he was quite shy with his romantic interests, but also very obsessive about them underneath (his Sun squared Pluto and Venus sextile Pluto). I actually think Leos with a Leo Moon have a tendency to be less extroverted and more reserved. There's usually an abundance of colorful energy just waiting to burst out but it can be held back. I think of anyone who has the Sun and Moon in the same sign as being like a Cancer Sun. Their identity (Sun) becomes very self-protective and sensitive (Moon), in ways depending on the sign. For a double Leo, that reserve is a need to maintain their dignity and fragile ego. Basically, he's very, very hesitant about being ridiculed. He doesn't want you to not return his feelings. But, I'm guessing that, if things become official, he'll be extremely devoted and present and caring. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

Wow! Thank u the89freespirit for yr reply when I read about yr friend, really had many resemblance of the person I mention. Especially after the way u described a doubled leo, I got enlightened... Came to think of it, really agreed this guy is like yr friend... Reserved like as though something was hidden beneath ... He has venus sextile saturn & venus square neptune don think it will be easy for him to express his true affection... I too had venus hard aspect to saturn, neptune... So I understand... I am hesitating to tell him I like him too n at the same time waiting for him to initiate... But seems like it wont b easy for both of us to be ....

I'm currently dating a Leo moon. He's mostly Aqua. So you would think he would hold his feeling in. But at the very beginning he was extremely extrovert, showed me so much affection, said everything he was feeling, told me quite early he didn't want me dating other people, etc. Now that we have been dating for a while, he's gone all Aqua on me. He keeps his feelings in most of the time, except when he's jealous. And he says things like "you know how I feel. I don't need to say it over and over". That's super Aqua. Though he loves to hold my hand and sit next to me (never in front of me). It's cute. He's very much a Leo moon though and gets very excited and also lashes out when he's not happy. He can also be jealous and possessive, he retreats when his feelings are hurt and he will absolutely not chase if the object of his affection were to leave. That seems to be very Leo in my experience. They don't chase. They love to be flattered and chased themselves. He needs lots of reassurance. He loves bantering and chit chatting with pretty waitresses and shop assistants. I think that's also cute. He gets full of pride when people (well, the ladies) are nice to him. IP: Logged |

I have to agree. Leo Moons are NOT chasers. At all. Ever. That's been my personal experience with a Virgo Sun, Leo Moon and Virgo Asc. ------------------ If not me, who? * Sun: Gemini Asc: Scorpio Moon: Aries Venus: Taurus IP: Logged |

A fire sign, yet unlike aries and sag, not a chaser due to ego issue... How interesting...IP: Logged |

I never found Venus in Virgo all that shy, more like reserved... not very good at flirting and stuff like that, unless other placements and aspects fix it. IP: Logged | |
