and/or how well does your moon sign and aspects describe your mother?I am a Cancer Sun with Aries moon in 3rd house- my mom is a firecracker, fiercely protective of all her kids, quick to lose her temper but she is inspiring and motivating. We have always been able to talk about (mostly) everything.
My older brother has a Cancer moon and my younger brother has a Sag moon. My son is almost 2. He has a Pisces Moon conjunct Uranus in the 1H  I like that haha He'll be super intuitive/psychic and very original. IP: Logged |

Yeah and it fits you to. He`s momma is into astrology and weird stuff hehe and that can explain his moon in pisces conjunct uranus and both of those signs/planets are into astrology and anything "weird" and mystical. So its a big chance he will grow up seeing u as sensitive and into unusual stuff like astrology, maybe he will find you a bit weird to, hehe. But since uranus is on his moon he might experience u as a bit erratic to or maybe having unstable mood changes. I have moon opposite uranus and boy does my mom change her mood.She is very unpredictiable with her mood esp towards me. IP: Logged |

Daughter 1 has taurus moon.
it's in a talent triangle sextile mercury-sun-uranus, saturn and trine pluto
I've moon Quintile Pluto, trine merc, trine saturn & sun opp uranusI'm sag moon
Daughter 2 has sag moon
It's quintile neptune, quintile mercury and square saturn effectively same planets as are in a grand trine with my moon IP: Logged |

Hahaha :-) indeed I hope he doesn't see me as erratic :-( that kinda makes me sad, but the rest of it is on point Hopefully he will just see me as a weirdo (bc I am that lol) and I do hope he's into the metaphysical stuff too, but if not, I'll support whatever it is that he does enjoy :-) Thanks for your input IP: Logged |

I relate to them both about the same amount but in different ways. However, what is confusing is the saturn square moon with my second daughter as we are very close (whereas identify with the first for many reasons) and the first I had post natal depression. It seems neat to me though how my moon aspects are replicated in theirs or maybe that's just my inexperience in astrology showing. Also how quintiles seem to be the overlap - I wondered if that showed up with others Eh I don't know if it's related but daughter 1 was likely conceived in taurus month & daughter 2 in sag month lol IP: Logged |

Daughter one - Cancer moon, along with three other planets in Cancer. In the 11th house. She has Sun in Gemini conj node and saturn.Daughter two - Moon in Pisces in the first house opposite Mercury in Virgo. I have no clue if their moons show me. I have Sun in Aries in the 11th. Cancer moon in the 2/3 house. Right on the cusp. The moon sextiles both pluto and saturn then trine my jupiter neptune conj. Venus is in pisces. Older daughter's venus conj my moon and the youngest's moon conj my venus. Both have venus in cancer. I had two mothers. The bio mother than abandoned me cause she wasn't capable doing what it takes or the commitment to care for a child......my second 'mom' was my maternal grandma, who I'm told, that I'm very much like her. She was a taurus with an aquarian moon. We both have mercury in taurus and jupiter in sag. IP: Logged |

Ha! I am a Pisces moon in h1...Aries mother (h1 coorrespondence) with Venus in Pisces conj my moon...Uranus trines my moon and my mom was aLways ahead of her times and very committed to humanitarian pursuits.My daughter has Leo moon (I am a Leo Sun) in h12 (matches my Pisces moon) Her two sons have Taurus moons conjunct my IC and her Chiron/angel conjunction. She is an 8th house Ariesvsun but her Venus is also Taurus(conj my mother's moon) Family patterns are what hooked me on astrology. .. IP: Logged |

My Moon sign only fits my mum's circumstances and "life story" while I was young... not her actual personality. She is Leo with Leo Merc, Gem Moon/Jupiter, Libra Venus and Sco Mars. My Moon is Capricorn. She is literally nothing like Capricorn. IP: Logged |

I can't say that it does. If it had an affect on my relationship with my mom then it was to mostly leave me alone (Sag). She was also married to a Sag and I suppose the courts could represent doctrines/philosophy while sextile Libra on the Scorpio cusp in which she achieved power and revenge through the courts (among other ways). But my Scorpio Jupiter made the best out of it. That said, I don't really see it as having a special effect on our relationship (nor me and Granny who played the role of my mother at times in a very different way).IP: Logged |

Don't have my own children but something interesting nonetheless: My SO's daughter is a Taurus Sun, Cancer Moon/Venus/ASc, Aries Mars, Virgo IC, Pisces NN. I am a Cancer Sun, Cap Moon, Taurus SN/MC/Jupiter, Virgo Mars conj Asc. SO is an Aries Sun, Taurus Moon, Cap Mars, Pisces Venus/ASc, Cancer Vertex. It's as if all 3 of us somehow where molded to fit but trust me when I say that when we argue things are brutal.. One Mars conj ASc (and double Fire Dragon) + one Taurus Sun and Aries Mars + Aries Sun and Taurus Moon....yep, good times LOL BUt to speak for my mom, her Scorpio Moon understands my Moon sq Pluto. I am a virgo moon and it definitely reflects my mom being a fastidious worrywart growing up. I noticed my brother has scorpio moon and i have moon in the 8th, I think the common thread there is the uncertainty and dramaticism that my mom would display at times, things seemed mysterious as we did not speak the same language as our parents. quote:

I think that tends to happen as well. I've noticed with parents of multiple children that their moon signs reflect their mother during the period of time they were raising the child.

my son has a cap moon and so do i. i feel we relate well when it comes to our emotional realm. i imagine he might see me as being strict one day, or just holding down that saturnine energy. i'm definitely the only one in our household who applies structure to life, ha!as for my cap moon describing my mother….not so much. she's a scorpio, very watery, and totally insane…no emotional stability whatsoever. my moon however is in the 8th house, so perhaps that alludes to her being a scorpio. My 4 year old's moon in cancer doesn't really describe me, but it is in the 8th house and I have an 8th house sun and conjucts my saturn.
My 3 year old's moon in leo conjuncts my ascendant exactly, as does his sun and venus (3-5 orb)- I feel that.
What I find interesting is my 4 year old's sun conjuncts my mother's sun exact and my 3 year old's sun conjunct my father's sun exact and they share a great bond.
I wouldn't say my moon in gemini in the 11th describes my mum as she is a scorpio, but we are good friends. IP: Logged |

A ton.
6th Capricorn Moon sq Saturn/Pluto: she was incredibly independent, strong minded, *fierce*, worked in political campaigns and in the government. Partied with very influential people, friends with the mayor, etc. I grew up learning the "right way" to socialize and behave, the political way of dealing with people (Moon disposited by Saturn exalted in Libra to the degree).
Not that I always choose to do so, lmao! I'm quite rebellious of all that in a sense.
It's helpful if I want respect from people that I respect. Incredibly helpful in my career <-- can't stress that enough.
But my work persona and personal persona: completely different.
