Random thought here.
It started raining and a sudden feeling of peace washed over me.
I even sleep easier when its raining.
Although most people I know say the rain makes them feel gloomy.

I love the rain! It rained here yesterday, just POURED, and I find it to be very meditative.

Additionally, rain produces negative ions. Negative Ions are able to exist in a certain amount of humidity I believe? I am no scientist, just a Gemini Moon who knows a little about a lot of stuf lol - It has been scientifically proven though, that negative ions produce a positive effect on the human body.

"Negative ions are odorless, tasteless, and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments. Think mountains, waterfalls, and beaches. Once they reach our bloodstream, negative ions are believed to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our daytime energy."

So you got a nice bath of negative ions.

--I second this, I lose all my energy when its raining. I hate getting wet, I'm beginning to suspect I'm part cat.

I never gave much thought to rain as it doesn't affect my mood whatsoever. But I can understand those who think differently.

Also, I have heard water signs are supposedly at their happiest when they are around water?

I feel relaxed... At peace.
It's very soothing to me.

I usually like to sit in a dry spot and zone out.
Or go for a drive, both listening to the reason or some tunes. Day or night.

I can`t belive someone can say "I hate rain" and truly mean it.
Only a lifestyle completly abcent of contact with Nature could indulge something like that.

I love the rain. It's makes me feel relaxed and it definitely makes me feel peaceful. When I'm at home and it's raining I love to just look out the window and watch. Sometimes I'll put on music that lends me that same feeling it gives me. I actually kind of enjoy the sadness it can produce. Something about it is romantic to me and I enjoy the dreaminess that envelops. Thunderstorms are somewhat exciting to me as well.

--You can love nature and still hate the rain. I'm a very outdoorsy person but the dark sky affects my mood. I've been told many times that I'm in my element when on the trails.

Yeah I've always been one of those that absolutely loves rain more than any other weather. I'm thinking it might be if someone has 2/3 of their big 3 in feminine signs or something or a water moon that would make them like it. To be honest, the more its raining and the darker it is during the day because of it, the happier I am! I like the sun don't get me wrong, but here in so cal there's too much of it as it is, and not enough rain at all I want to move up north somewhere where it rains a lot more, that'll be nice!

I LOOOVE rain! Sunny rainfalls are my absolute favorite. I literally want to jump with joy haha. Water in general has always been so therapeutic for me. Even ending a bad day with a shower usually helps settle my mood. Now if it's cold and windy, I'm not going anywhere near it.

when it hasn't rained in a long time, i welcome the change...the freshness in the air.
if it's warm rain, i like it.
where i live, it rains for about 6 months of the year straight...and it's cold. about two months into it, i'm ready to head to the tropics.

i try to keep my chin up about it...it's more of a lack of sunshine than the rain itself...but i am thankful for all the awesome forest-scapes the rain helps create.

I love walking around outside in the rain. As long as I'm not cold, I could do that for hours...actually, even if I am cold...this is one case where I am willing to ignore it or adjust.

I have a water moon in a water house.

Hi violet

True, I enjoy some rainy days better than others. Winter rain that ices over a pretty snow and knocks the power out is not my favorite. Kinda sucks actually.
