Yes.
Those square by sign, if not by aspect.

Hard aspects can cause a lot of friction, intrigue, sexual interest, etc etc.

That's funny, the guy I'm seeing has a Cap Moon and I have a Leo Sun, Mercury, and Chiron. I do like the way he stares at me, it's very loving and sweet. I actually told him that the other day in so many words. When we're close he keeps eye contact well and always has a sweet grin on his face. I really don't know if this is anything to be attributed to Cap energy though. It's probably synastry aspects or something else entirely, though I can't say for sure!
