Yes, I do love Leos! They are so adorable and fun. However, I will say that I have never dated or been seriously interested in a Leo. The one time I remember being sort of interested in a Leo, he decided to repeatedly tell me how much I loved him. Big turnoff! You don't tell me what I think of you...I will tell YOU lol. I've met less arrogant Leos and like I said they are adorable, but I have a hard Venus/Pluto aspect which I think makes me more inclined to be attracted to the more dark and/or brooding type. I've never met a Leo who fit that description, lol! But based on your sn it sounds like you have scorpio rising, which could definitely give the brooding quality lol. I will say that when a Leo sets their sights on you, it is hard to refuse the adorableness! Haha. I've had a few Leos who were interested in me, and they are always so cute and childlike in their pursuit. They will just see you and decide they like you almost instantly, and then play with you and goof around until you hate to tell them no! quote:

He didn't like confrontation and I'm pretty sure he lied to pacify me quite a bit. But overall he was very charming, well liked and fun. I think if you can find a Libra guy who doesn't have a problem with lying, and isn't gay, it could be a great relationship lol!
The only problem I can see with dating someone in your neighborhood is if you guys break up haha. It wouldn't be fun to run into him on a daily basis.

No he was not confused...he is definitely gay. That is like his entire identity now. We don't speak anymore. We stayed friends for a little while after we broke up but then I moved and we lost touch.
No I don't remember him doing anything strange like that...I don't think that is a Libra thing. Maybe a Venus-Pluto thing. I would be careful if I were you.
I don't know if it would be a deal breaker. I guess it depends on what was going on. Why was he chasing you? Was he being aggressive? Or was he upset and just trying to talk to you? How long did he wait for you outside? If he waited for a long time that would scare me.

I can only go based on what you're telling me, but it doesn't sound like a threatening situation to me. I think it's sweet that he's not aggressive and doesn't come up to your door or anything. Does he just wait on your stairs or does he call you to let you know he's there? It would freak me out if he was just standing on the stairs for hours not even letting me know he was there lol. I had a friend in college who did that and it freaked me out, but it turned out that he was autistic and just didn't know how to handle himself socially. Definitely sounds like Taurus rising to me.
