I happen to know quite a few people like that (my mom icluded).
I don't agree about the number of planets that are in fire signs.
I have Venus-Mars-Jupiter in Leo and Sun-Mercury-ASC in Cancer.
I am not even close to looking childlike despite the fact that I look younger than my actual age.. Maybe Pluto aspecting almost all my personal planets and Uranus aspecting Sun and ASC has something to do with it but I don't know.

I totally agree with others saying it's Aries or Leo Moon people but no one mentioned Moon-Mars hard aspects. For some reason people don't take them seriously (including myself). My mom for example doesn't say stupid things nor she lies normally for some reason something about the excessive way she expresses herself makes her look like a child (not appearance wise because she doesn't look like a child at all) and people even her closest relatives whom all have their planets in Aqua & Aries can not take her seriously.
She gets way too easily upset, she think she is always right although 95% she's wrong adn you can not talk with her like 2 civilized grown up people are able to if it is something even slighty negative about her because she gets angry and same thing happens if you disagree with her no matter how many logical argumemts you have she is just always right.
Another thing I've noticed is that they are very clumsy and careless which is very tiring especially when you live with them under the same roof. This applies to Aries, Leo, Sagitarious, Gemini Moon/ASC.
Moon in Aries and Moon-Mars difficult aspects have a raw quality that make them feel like they are uncivilised
I think all the above mentioned give the vibes of childlike behavior.

I feel like I look and act younger than I am and it's something I can't really help, honestly. I just have that "baby face" look about me and no one believes me when I tell them I am over 30.

I think I also give off a very innocent, childish vibe. I am really terrible about blurting out whatever comes to mind and I have a very silly sense of humour. Even when I TRY to be serious and mature, more often than not someone thinks something is wrong with me...lol.

Virgo Rising, Gemini Sun (seems to be a trend), Leo Venus, Scorpio Moon (sextile Cap Mars). Gemini MC. Aries NN.

I have Aries Ascendant but it is at 29 degrees and has Saturn in there and I feel more childish even as I get older I keep wanting to stick with my bubbly ways and stick to what I loved when I was younger. But that Saturn in there makes me seem a mixture of serious and bubbly. I guess a good balance. Plus I have a Capricorn Moon so that adds on to the seriousness. I can feel and think I am very serious at times but then the next minute I will be jumping off the walls singing and dancing and laughing and acting like a child.

I forgot to add my niece is a Gemini Sun/ Aries ascendant.

While I'm Gemini Sun/Aries moon, when ever I take her out people always smile at both of us.

Sorta like I'm "slightly older child"

I give her a piggy back whenever we go.
