I think they just need someone that is able to sweep them off thier feet with a lot of flair and drama. But Leos are also in a way down to earth while simultaneously loving the dramatic and huge displays. I think if you matxh thier ideas of a grand romance you're fine.

I think impossible standards would be in you throw in virgo or libra venus and mars. I vaguely knew someone with both but I forgot which was which and I'm pretty sure his relationship ended due to his wandering eye and obsession with looking at pretty girls photos on instagram.

i don't think they are very discriminating or have high standards. i dated a leo moon for many years and he only wanted attention and adoration from people. that was his sole standard. they easily buy into fake compliments and flattery because they just can't imagine you'd be lying, lol

I don't see this with moon in Leo men. The guy I dated with moon in Leo was literally obsessed with me. Thought about me all day long...totally head over heels. When we broke up he was absolutely devastated to the point where he let his life totally deteriorate. I'm not a "star." I'm not hideous or anything and I have a good personality. But I think what you mean by "star" is something totally different lol. I think it's just because his moon is in my first house conjunct my ascendant. I know other men with moon in Leo and they married average looking women. Not ugly, but they don't really stand out.

I think your assessment of women with moon in Leo is pretty accurate though! lol. Of the few that I know, they are all very well dressed, pretty girls with a star quality about them. I definitely see that.

I didn't make silly generalizations based on few individuals. I know a lot of Leos, I know all kinds of people from different walks of life, where I live is very diverse.
In fact, all the Leos sun sign people I know likes to show off, they like to talk about themselves, bragging about how good they are, etc...
Ofcourse I have say, no offense to the good humble Leo out there, they exist, just rare to find.

I'm a leo moon and I do have high standars about everything, I'm actually well known in my family and friends for that, they always tell me that I need to low my standars a bit cause they seem almost ridiculous, I've tried to low them but I just can't I'm just satisfied with just the best (Or at least, the best in front of my eyes). But yeah, in a partner I'm always looking for the most handsome man around, it sounds a bit shallow, but I just can't imagine myself with someone who's not attractive or at least, decent looking.

Moon in Leo...erm..they like appearances, could equate to high standards. They're not going to want to be connected to something that's crappy cos it'd reflect badly on them. They like quality same as Taurus and anything substandard is not what they want to be a part of.

There are evolved and unevolved forms of every sign. I could easily say that everyone with Virgo placements are whiners and everyone with gemini are annoying but I don't because its simply not true. An unevolved person will display the negatives or immature versions of that sign, and evolved vice versa. There are many unevolved Leo's because Leo is a very hard energy to handle and manage, no matter the planet. Since it rules self, individuals with leo energy are often stumped at how to navigate Self which is what leo rules, effectively without succumbing to ego. Ego is strong with Leo simply because the sense of self is strong. Those who cannot find the connection with their heart (which leo rules), end up becoming controlled by the head and thats where the ego is. Remember, if you show a Leo love, they will give back twice what you gave.

And in response to the thread, I've known 2 Leo moon girls, both Aries suns. Both DID have high standards, but are also very susceptible to flirting. The 2 guys i know both seem to have high standards and not. They are both quite insecure because of bullying and stuff and they need a lot of attention. Leo moon is known for wanting attention and craving it since it is their emotional need.
