I am just starting to get into this. Can someone break it down for me?

How does your draconic chart manifest in your life? can you feel the vibes of someone's draconic chart sometimes as opposed to their natal placements? How would draconic planets in natal houses manifest? I'm very confused by this branch of astrology.

Can I tag a question on here too? I'd like to learn it too and am similarly confused. But specifically, my draconian just seems to be my same chart mirrored give or take a few degrees. Is this what draconian tends to be like?

From what I know, it depends on how close your north node is to 0 degrees aries. If it's close your chart won't change that much.
