I have read several times that trines means that you have done a good karma in the past and earned that trine or something like that, so does the hard ones mean bad karma? if so i must have been a really bad person in the past the only trines i have is from saturn to sun and mercury and saturn is a s h i t t y planet anyway, can someone explain the bad karma from example the different hard aspects combinations, for example venus squares mercury squares etc etc?IP: Logged |

Nope.It means you are quite fantastic because you have the strength to overcome those lessons. People who have more experience on earth and strength have harder charts. However I think that some younger souls have harder charts as well, these are the one's who murder and kill others.. etc.. It all depends on the age of your soul. Given you are into astrology I would say you fall into the first category. IP: Logged |

I have evolved over the years because of the struggles i have been through and become more aware of stuff but i am also tired of it, the constant teachings of becoming a "strong" person etc.But the wisest words i have ever heard and read have been from people with hard charts actually, they really do know what struggles means. With people with a good chart i find them to be very "simple" in their thinking and how they take life i dont know if this comes from me having a hard chart and that is why i see them as "simple" or if it comes from that they really are simple.

Do hard aspects show bad karma? Not necessarily. Also, it can be difficult to separate 'bad' karma from what is 'good' in subsequent lifetimes because karma is a learning mode, not a punishment for past crimes or reward for past good deeds. This can be difficult to absorb, but is itself part of the karmic learning cycle. Karma can be indicated even by just luminary/planetary placements in/out of dignity/exaltation. In other words, when a planet is out of sync by sign, let's say the Moon is in Capricorn, since that is the sign of its least natural expression, it can indicate that a person has generally developed a caution in bonding with others that has formed something of a protective shell around them. This is certainly the case with me, born with Moon in Capricorn after lifetimes of varying experiences of disappointment in love, family troubles, etc. It depends, of course, on how the person responds and how they let it affect their soul -- dim their light. This example does not show 'past wrongs' but simply a shift in the natural orientation towards over-caution in bonding with others and letting them close. My Moon in Capricorn is pretty well aspected, but for a wide square with Uranus. However, I think the Moon's sign placement for me was the stronger affect in terms of karmic holdover from previous lives. The square to Uranus has been a blessing to keep me from getting too conventional and rutted. Its just not as simple as 'trines/sextiles = good karma' and 'squares/oppositions = bad.' It depends on the planets involved. The key is understanding that in some lifetimes when it is all said and done, we may have emphasized a certain energy or energies over others, creating an imbalanced expression. That means we have left 'unfinished business' in finding balance in later lifetimes. The key is balance. When we find balance day-to-day within ourselves and live within that, then we don't have to swing widely back and forth from lifetime to lifetime seeking that balance. Karma is like a see-saw in which riding it is fun at the beginning, like play, but then becomes monotonous, even a power struggle between self and others. You can at anytime you are ready get off the see-saw and find balance through direct energetic connection to your Source. That balance is more like a hub/wheel dynamic in which the energy is spent spinning around a center (Source) rather than pushing/pulling against others. ------------------ Expert rectification, professional astrology consults http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/ Complete desriptions of all Rising Signs: https://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs-2/ IP: Logged |

^ If afflictions = karma, then my chart is nothing but karma: t-square in each modality; Cap sun in mutual reception with Saturn. But I'm no psycho. This lifetime is for peace. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't worry about Karma. You have your chart for this life so work on it. I get curious about past lives too but I just remind myself I got enough to look into in this lifetime. IP: Logged |

@DreaminessHi, To have a better idea about Karma, you should realize that Everyone has "their own story" and obviously, each one's story may be related to a considerable number of people. One easy way to know more about yourself and 'your story' is learning the Sabian Symbols. Sabian Symbols offer a very accurate "interpretation" for each of the 360° of the zodiac. ================================================================================== What I'm telling you is that your Sun, Mercury, Mars, Saturn and all celestial objects in your Natal have their own Sabian Symbol. (an exact degree) And same applies for ASC,DC,MC,IC and each House Cusp + any minor object. You can find the complete list of Sabians and a brief description for all of them in this Web. ****************************************************************************************************************************** ( of course, there are many interpretations around ). To begin, I'd suggest to start with Sabians for ASC and both Nodes. • ASC sabian tells you in 'what condition' you've begun this new journey. (Of course, you'll need an exact birth time) • Sabian for your South Node will tell you about your past (Behavior, ways of thinking, different contexts, feelings, etc) Sometimes it's very descriptive or descriptive enough. • North Node - This sabian tells you what you have to reach in order to learn. It's like a 'growth symbol'. Many times what you are asked to learn/experience is not an easy task. ===> Or it's not a task according to our own nature. (...) IP: Logged |

(...)And after you take a look at those Sabians for ===> each House Cusp in your natal. You may realize... that you just read 'your own story'. -------------------------- *Because Astrology is not as simple as most people Sell it. It might be just as complex as our DNA. IP: Logged |
