add me to the saturn is on my IC party...oh and moon and uranus! opposite my sun...this has been a particularly hard 2 years!

I have been dreading this...I feel like this is my curtain call. Showtime!

last time this transit happened ( 85 ) I lost my father suddenly and my mom went nuts and had to be hospitalized. I was just a kid, but it really gave me issues.

all I can say is that i am so ready ( finally) to close the door on my past. I read that saturn on the IC is that you are getting ready to move "up" in life...after rejection, stagnation and lack of clarity, I really could use a fresh start! lets move on up! LOL

I have noticed in my life, when an outer planet hits my IC , I move. I am actually thinking of moving. I am curious if it will happen as saturn retrogrades back to my IC next fall/summer.

It's a self fulfilling prophecy is what will happen. Or the placebo effect. You believe that you will be free, you feel better about it and so good things start happening purely because you believe they will. But if you just believed you were free anyway you'd find the same.

I had a MRI scan recently. The magnetic field from the MRI scanner was much stronger than any influence a planet billions of miles away has. Try not to put too much faith in it.

Oh you'll notice a difference if you're having a hard transit to saturn... I've had the opposition hit my venus, then my sun, and now my moon..... and I can already feel things returning back to normal!

I actually thought that the saturn transit wasn't over until next year..but I started to notice things turning around lately, checked the transits, and realized saturn leaves scorpio for a little bit this year!

Yeah, it leaves December 23 and re-enters Scorpio in June/July through September 2015. It's such a short period of time, I doubt anyone will notice Saturn's presence.

I had a terrible time while Saturn was in my sign (health issues: depression, fatigue; heartbroken twice by the same person; financial woes; repeated my final college year; family issues; no traveling; loss of direction in life; loneliness). I can't wait for it to be over and for me to embrace the confidence and maturity I've gained through this invaluable transit. I feel like I've finally become a "young adult" as opposed to being a "teenager" at 22-24. I'm so thankful for the wisdom I've gained but I can't wait to breathe again haha.

My guess would be no, but I don't know for sure. Saturn hasn't been kind to me in the past year and a half.

But I also have Pluto transiting the Uranus-Saturn-Neptune stellium in my first house, so that probably makes things worse for me.

Sorry, didn't see this!

I've complained quite a bit in here about Saturn in my 7th that I'm afraid ppl are sick of me.
Anyway, it's really a dragggg. Dealing with authority is very difficult but I had troubles dealing with ppl in general. TSaturn also squared my sun so my self esteem didn't just receive cold water, I got like ice buckets poured down on me... I still feel the effect now but I'm used to it after 1.5 year. Side note, I also have natal pluto in 7th so I'm guessing most people do not experience as much pain when saturn passes by 7th. I mean it really depends on your natal chart.
I kinda appreciated When Saturn was in my 5th for example.

Saturn moved to Sag and a sag friend of mine (dec 9) just passed away so I'm really scared for all of y'all. Please stay safe and stay strong!

Wow. Sorry to hear about the friend passing away.

The thing that I am trying to decipher is the impact it had on others. Maybe it can clarify some things that I may have missed?

On my side,Saturn transit in Scorpio brought with it a lot of stunted growth on the career front.

At the beginning of the transit-in 2012- I as hungry for growth. Hungry for things in my career to unfold. But a great many times, i felt underwhelmed by what was going on.

So I don't understand the relationship thing that Saturn in 7th is supposed to influence.

Yes there was a break-up with someone, but it was not significant nor devastating and I was quick to let them go.

The thing that seemed to break my heart the most, was my career not going anywhere.

I finally decided to leave and it felt good. But this year brought with it some hectic confusion as to where to go next;seeing that I was jobless also.

It took me forever to find a job. And even this current job is temporary. So Saturn in Scorpio has been fruitless for me.

I just hope that Saturn in Sagittarius is worthwhile.

Same story over here!!

Major break-up...
and issues with new relationships...
Career issues...

I definitely felt FROZEN since Saturn entered Scorpio. I am experiencing Saturn return at the moment and I feel very exhausted. Nothing I do seems good enough. I don't feel I am where I want to be. My life at the moment is not how I want it to be.

tSaturn will continue to move through my 12H so I will have to endure its weight on my shoulders for few more years I guess.. How exciting.

I, also, cannot wait for Saturn to move on... my second house (or bank account) can't take it anymore. I empathize with what everyone has written. My major hit has been delays, loss, and little-to-no progress on the career front. Sigh...

I have a small question.

I met a soulmate of mine (past life connection) about 4 months after Saturn got into Scorpio. The story ended a couple months ago. This very painful experience "colored" most of this Saturn transit.

I'd like to know if during my first Saturn return which is in 2019, this person from the past might suddenly reappear?

Or are the Saturn return events unrelated to Saturn transiting in your sign?

Whoaaa.. I am having Saturn return in my sign as we speak!!! And so as my man's - our saturns are conjunct in Scorpio.

I met him during tSaturn in Scorpio too... and possible past life connections with him (eg. SN conjunct Union DW). However, now I am unsure about us. I feel like what we have might just fade away...break into pieces under the weight of Saturn! I do also think he is my soulmate so omg I think I know your pain...

Do you have nodal axis and Saturn aspects in synastry with this man? Maybe that might suggest crossing path again in the future..

@Aries23degrees: I remember you are also a taurus rising. I had career problems too. Before that I didn't and since saturn entered Scorpio, I started counting my rejections for the fun of it lol. The one thing saturn in 7th is good but I don't wanna admit us that it forces me to understand how I should relate with the rest of the world. I realize who I would never be and that forces me to be more focus on what matters. This is important because after 7th house, saturn moves to 8th and will eventually sextile your midheaven. So saturn us kinda preparing you for that... At least that's what I try to believe. I kinda learn to let go of power, of control (sound cliche for scorpio saturn) but my life was so bad that I learned to work hard and expect nothing in return. (Which is the whole career disappointment for me too) And of course, the solitude of having saturn square sun, conjunct pluto in 7th have me lots of time to be all by myself and think carefully about life. Before that I was always occupied with work!

Is Saturn still in your 7th?

I feel I must mention that my time of birth is uncertain. My mother gave me two separate times so with that in mind, I am always watching out for transits to stimulate specific events-as read on many sites, so that I can FINALLY know which one I am.

But so far, Taurus Asc fits and I am using that one. And since the time is shaky, I use the whole house system. Which would mean that Saturn is still in the 7th house.

I am waiting for Saturn to enter the 8th- perhaps something will click. But in as far as career disappointments go, the baffling thing is that the transit of Scorpio Saturn in 7th also coincides with my Saturn return.

So the feelings of not being where I want to be and realizing that my life is not progressing, could have been stimulated by that transit too. Oi!!!

Do you have nodal axis and Saturn aspects in synastry with this man? Maybe that might suggest crossing path again in the future..

From what I was told, Saturn Return is usually the time when you get serious about a relationship (a lot of people get married/engaged during this time). Maybe by the time Saturn's Return is over, you will have grown closer and stronger.

Did you relationship with this person break down before/once Saturn exited Scorpio? Was the relationship hard during this time?

My apologies for asking you such personal questions.

The relationship I had with this person during tSaturn in Scorpio was hard and very much on/off. It was painful and confusing. Now that Saturn is exiting Scorpio, the heaviness is gone but I still think of him all the time.

I really don't know if we have nodal axis/Saturn aspects in our synastry. I don't know how to read charts.

People with planets at the end of Leo, Taurus and Aquarius will notice Saturn's presence as it's performing its last shenanigans in Scorpio...

Hmm let's see.. I met him in the midst of Saturn transitioning Scorpio (May 2013). Confusing relationship for sure because I wasn't sure where I stood with him, and then suddenly we both realized we were in love. Hard one - yes, because I think he is still being careful and keeping his distance (I think he is dealing with his own karmic lessons and getting over his past chaos). Harder now because he is overseas since July 2014. With his nMercury conjuncting nSaturn, this transit is making him SHUT OFF, almost zero communication for the past few weeks or so. This is boiling my insecurity to the MAX!!! If he wasn't gonna be one, I would wanna start my healing process of letting him go asap!!.. I want to keep us going but I know it is impossible if HE is not willing to work on us either. I am starting to think he is drifting away...

Seeing the aspects you listed there, Venus/Pluto will create strong bond between you two. No wonder he is hard to forget. You can add nodes into your charts from astro.com and if you post synastry here, I'm sure experts on the forum can help you out! I think try posting a thread on "Interpersonal Astrology" section

Just seeing your list again... Neptune/Uranus conjunction - this might be why you two ended things (perhaps suddenly?) Neptune creating illusion + Uranus's unpredictability... Are you two close in age?

They say Saturn leaves a gift when it exits, for what we know, your guy will come back around

Saturn transits tend to isolate people so they can work on themselves. It could be yours is working on himself so he can come back and show you the best version of himself

What a strange coincidence ... I met him in May 2013 too and he moved far away in June 2014. One day, he just stopped communicating.

Mine, messed up his career because of his own doing. He got fired twice in a year and his world turned upside down. He's now trying to rebuild everything from scratch.

Yes, we are close in age (March 7th 1990 and Nov. 5th 1990). Is the bond felt both ways or is it some kind of unrequited love on my part?

Yeah, things ended abruptly. He just disappeared, then he got fired, moved away ... all of this in the short span of a month.

OOOOOMG is it more freaky that I'm a pisces too (Feb 20) and my man's bday is JUST two days off your man's??? We are both born the same year too - 1985.

Sounds like your man had a real rough year!! Very traumatic experience!! I can also see my man taking off disappearing like that - I think it's characteristic of a scorpio too.

I read your words and I felt a bit comforting though =) So thank you very much for that. My man has been wanting to move overseas to get his business started. So he packed up everything and POOF! Now he is half way around the globe. What's sad is that I gave him the courage to do all this.. :S

I feel the bond is felt both ways, however each of you might experience the "bond" slightly differently. Also, if a person has never experienced this type of strong connection, I think it's hard for him/her to articulate the feeling - this is the case for my man. As for the love being unrequited, I think we have to analyze the whole synastry, and then composite as well.

Ah - seems like Uranus really played a role in your separation.. Must have been really tough for you to go through this *hugs*

He's the Pisces, I'm the Scorpio.

I think your man probably wants to spend some time alone to focus on work. I mean, you said he started a new business. We all know men can't multitask. Scorpios tend to isolate themselves when they have to focus on work. As a Scorpio woman, work always comes first. Therefore, I can be MIA for weeks when I'm focused on work. I think your man needs some time to work on himself, don't push.

I know it's hard to be kept in the dark like that, but sometimes you gotta do your own thing and hope for the best. The Pisces-Scorpio is a powerful connection. I know a Pisces-Scorpio couple and their relationship was rough in the beginning, now they're living a blissful life! Keep him in your heart but do your own thing. I know this connection can sometimes be "intoxicating" but you need to take a step back I think he'll be back. Scorpio is a fixed sign and therefore, we don't move on from people easily. It takes us ages to move on. I doubt he's moved on or he would have cut you off cold turkey.

I think my Pisces went through a very hard time. A month after he disappeared, he even said he was going to move back to the US from Europe. He eventually came back to Europe in October but I sense his time here is counted. I doubt he's going to stay more than a year. We're not in touch and although I'm still into him, part of me feels as though it's time to move on. It probably wasn't meant to be and I'm fine with that. I'm moving countries in the new year for a fresh start.

The end was very abrupt and there was no closure. Maybe we'll meet again someday to get some proper closure, who knows. I think what hurt me the most was the lack of closure and the fact that he was making plans with me only to disappear days later. He didn't have the decency to tell me he changed his mind. Pisces move on faster than Scorpios so I think he barely remembers my name at this point.

In regards to tPluto squaring your nMoon, make sure to have a heavy supply of Kleenex & perhaps look into counseling as you're gonna possibly need it.

I know it sucks & it hurts, but for those of you who are going thru break ups or on the verge, Saturn is about letting go of what no longer works. A lot of these relationships are probably karmic & karmic relationships are difficult & can drain you. I noticed that once the soul agreement has been fulfilled & the lesson learned the two people usually part ways.

Case in point, with my saturn return in libra I got out of a 6 almost 7yr relationship & had to become financially independent again after depending on my partner. By this point we had had 2 children. I'm not sure what our soul agreement was but we had these children & our experience set in motion his growth & my own for the long term.

Oops! I'm so sorry! I don't know why I assumed you're the pisces! Sorry sorry!

I guess it's Biology before Astorlogy! haha!! What you said is true, and I know when his mind is occupied he won't be msging me.. I like what you said about working on myself. I really do have to work on myself right now - FT job and PT gradschool is SOOO HARD!!!

Argh - I hate that... No closures.. So not fair for you!!! I don't think he forgot about you, trust me. Pisces seem to move on but our mind and action can be doing completely different things. I know I confuse people a lot because I do this. Physically pisces will do things they feel right at that moment (therefore make us look like we have moved on) . But in our minds, we go over memories of our loved ones. The stronger the connection we have with a person, the more we daydream...

Just a personal opinion but I think he will come back. The only time I will cut people off is if they hurt me really bad, and for looong time too. I can handle people stepping all over me for a while. But when I had enough, that is IT!! You didn't do anything and so I bet he feels really guilty about disappearing, but at the same time he needs time to rebuild himself too right.

Fresh start is going to help you lots! But I think you really want to reconcile with him though...? I saw your other thread on tSaturn and reconnecting with old loves. You said you are not in touch with him - is it because you are waiting for him to msg you or you are hesitant to msg him? If I were you, I would msg him, try to get him come out and see you. If he doesn't want to then I would send him a farewell msg and wish him well. If he won't give you the closure you deserve, you make one for yourself. YOU put an end to this nonsense! If you must move on, you need to!!

In the new year, you may meet new people in new places - only time can tell.
I'm so excited for you!!
