So what determines your voice? Houseplacemets? Aspects? Ascendant? What would give someone a high pinched voice?

hey... if I am not wrong second house rules throat and Taurus also rules vocal chords and singing skills. So aspects/placements of(and to) 2nd house/Taurus.

Plus Gemini people are really talkative and Gemini is ruled by mercury and mercury is related to speech. So it can be considered too!
