My looks:

I have medium black hair
My forehead is very prominent and high
My nose is big in width
My eyes look medium sized and they glow in the sun at times
My lips are big
My body is very very skinny
My skin has some discoloration.

My Personality-

I am very loud with my family, and I'm starting to become loud in my outer life (school etc). But I am very reserved with a small group of friends.

People have said I'm always smiling and I generally look like a nice person.
I so happen to be very lazy at times but then I'm very active too.
I am very honest and blunt at times where my humor or what I say, I might not think of.
I'm photogenic
I'm pretty self centered (I hate to admit it though) but the culprit is probably sun conjuct Mercury.
I usually am a very serious person and I hate personalities of people how always bring themselves down for some reason.

Other Information:

When I was born, a few months in the doctors have realized I had pneumonia. So I had to stay in the hospital for about a month or so.
I have bad breathing/lung problems along with throat problems.
My dad and I have a bad relationship whereas my mother and I have a really close relationship.
I am the youngest in my family. I never really have to compete for attention.

I was born on November 2nd 2000 (if you needed to know) with Scorpio Sun and Capricorn Moon.

I never think of the Rising sign as personality. It's just our appearance and mannerisms and demeanor, which is a rather different thing. Sometimes, it's the way we intentionally present ourselves. Sometimes, it's the way we carry ourselves and don't realize it (because who can ever be totally conscious of their appearance all the time)?

The Rising sign is usually the snap judgment people make about us before getting to know us. It's how they observe us from a distance. And it's usually how people say they thought our personality was before actually getting to know us and discovering we're quite different.

So, if people are surprised that you're not as extroverted or upbeat as you appeared to be, then Leo Rising would be a good bet. Gemini Rising can have a similar energy but it's kind of different.

It might be good just to go with your gut and figure out which one resonates more with you.

Otherwise such a question cannot be answered with any certainty of accuracy since everything comes down to what possible planetary aspects there are related to the Asc. That totally depends on your date/location of birth.
