That's a scorpio nose...

Aqua rising with mutable sun would look like P!nk

Plus the nose ring can be anything from aqua, pisces, scorpio...I know pisces rising who does it (uranus doesn't even aspect Asc)

Aqua Asc or heavy uranian would be a lot more weird. Nose rings are trendy these days too
