an easy way ?

I read trs Venus in Capricorn will be out of bounds till 24th December.. trying to understand what does that mean ?

because in the previous month when Mars was out of bounds in Cap - I got sick.. I had to stay in bed for 15 days and normally I don't even catch cold easily... I was infected and did not respond to antibiotics.. So, all the forecasts telling Mars would energise Capricorn people were way off the mark.. I was wondering if this was due to Mars being out of bounds..

Now Venus will be out of bounds.. I hope it does not give a smilar effect..

So in order to spot them you have to refer to an ephemeris or data sheet that lists declinations.

Regarding out of bounds planets and their effects, it is entirely dependent up on where your natal planets are -- by declination. Otherwise there is nothing personal about it whatsoever.

At astro.com you can find declinations listed in a column for each planet/point by clicking on the pdf link right about the chart image when you have pulled up a chart.
