I love Neptune, it gives meaning to life. But also, why does this stupid planet have to be so damn confusing that it's hard to know who the hell you are. I have it in the 3rd house, so it's like a daily thing for me to be confused - are people saying what they mean? Are people being honest with me? Am I deceiving them? Is this world even real? What is reality anyway? I've also got Uranus in 3rd making things a lot worse How do you go about Neptune? I like the Inspiration it gives, but I'm also hesitant about sharing my ideas, because it sometimes just comes out as word/conversation junk that has no basis in reality. IP: Logged |

Yup, hear you.I have neptune in 6th house, so that is just great. Everyday life and job is confusing? I never really got a nice job yet. Got saturn and uranus here also. I have neptune square mercury as the closest aspect in my chart. My thoughts are confusing, I can get confused if I really get anything at all the right way, maybe I'm just imagining stuff, you know. Sometimes I am afraid that I just make up a lie and believe so hard in it, that everything turns real (in my head). So yeah, I got the same problems! This aspect is a theme of my f***** life... I've also got the square mercury aspect, this is so true, making up stories in my head all the time when there is no actual evidence of it being real.

Neptune isn't too strong in my chart.I have it in the 9th house and as far as I can tell all it does is make me really really like being near water. Whether it's running, swimming, or walking by water nothing gets me feeling quite right like this. I also tend to take very long showers. (sorry mother earth) It could be why I chose the Coast Guard over the other branches It douses my Mars a bit on a square at 6 degrees. Don't like that. It sextiles my Mercury at 1'54. I like the imagination it gives me. It has a weak conjunction to my Moon,Saturn, Uranus conjunction at 8 degrees. So it plays around, but nothing really day to day except my day dreaming. But that is very helpful for inspiration while running for an hour and stuff. IP: Logged |

Neptune 5th Le sigh as the younger people say~ Why can't every day be filled up to the brim with magical moments. Neptune sextile Saturn/Pluto/Sun helps, a bit trines the MC At least when they happen I'm sober and cognizant? I think I'm a bit addicted to creating magic in my life, also got the Pisces Sun/Leo Asc theme happening to correlate to Neptune 5th

Yes! I misplace stuff alot and i'm really forgetful and absentminded when it comes to mundane everyday stuff. And I'm also bad about forgetting what I want to say before I can get it out of my mouth. That is what really drives me f*cking crazy! I also relate to the OP when she says that people confuse her, they confuse the hell out of me too! In fact I think these aspects are the tell-tale sign of my asperger's.IP: Logged |

I was really in a rush one Friday morning, had to get a very non-cooperative four-year-old ready for kindergarten while getting ready for the workday myself, which was special because I was scheduled to attend a weekend seminar in a different city directly after leaving work so I had to take a suitcase (which I almost forgot so had to return home once more). I was so unnerved that in the rush of the moment, I accidentally put on two different shoes and never noticed. They were both black and the same height, and felt exactly the same while walking, but one was a slipper and the other, a lace-up. Don't ask me how I could overlook this for the whole day but I did - I really spent the entire day wearing a black business suit, but oblivious to those two different shoes, and nobody else noticed either. Then, directly from work to that seminar. When I was finally sitting on the podium, proud not to be late as usual, and about to be introduced by the speaker, with about 50 people in the audience directly facing me with no table between me and them, I for a moment looked down and saw these glaringly different shoes on my feet, unable to hide the feet anywhere. Horrified, I glanced to the guy on my right in the hope it wasn't so noticeable, but he was already staring at my shoes. "I take this to mean you majored in the liberal arts", was his only remark, delivered with a raised eyebrow (the guy was a physicist). And the worst thing was, I didn't even pack an extra pair of shoes and accordingly had to do the ENTIRE weekend dressed like that. Well, I guess at least people afterwards remembered me, and probably still do…. How about that for a Neptune opp. Mercury?
Once I walked around all day with a huge rip in the a** of my jeans and didn't notice it till my friend pointed it out later that night. IP: Logged |

You too? God, I really hate that freaking Neptune! I've been employed on low-paid jobs, with no chance of them ever getting better and me actually finding a well-paid and stable job for years now. And the most frustrating thing is that I've got two university degrees and I'm really good at what I do, but the universe doesn't give a crap about that and instead gives me the finger every time I try to find something decent. At the moment, everybody around me is getting a job, everybody except me, of course. As for inspiration...oh, let me think about that - it's overrated! I also have Neptune square Moon, a lovely aspect, I daydreamed years away because of it, and Mercury trine Neptune, which isn't that bad, I suppose, but it does nothing to help me either, so whatever. As you can probably tell, I'm slightly frustrated at the moment. IP: Logged |

another neptune in 6th here(using placidus)..neptune square moon too coupled with an opposition with venus and a trine with mars..neptune square mc also..i know that situations in work field and daily life can be foggy with this placement but every placement has a positive side..you will have to find that positive side and work with it..i think inspiration in work field is the key or an artistic kind of job neptune=imagination, dreams, inspiration, vusualization every little thing in this world is real because someone dreamed about it..if you can dream it you can make it real..so i don't think inspiration is overrated it's the first part, the beggining and the beggining is highly important..and inspiration goes to neptune and uranus of course so don't get too dissapointed, the universe will give a crap and your degrees are not for nothing,be more optimistic ..that's my leo sun talking IP: Logged |

I honestly hate Neptune. Some people love it. It's not for this guy. Neptune in 3rd (communication) Square Venus (icky poo!! It's GOT to be like a top ten worst aspect, I swear!) Mercury in the 12th With Neptune 3rd on top I feel like I might as well just shut up sometimes. I could say, "I'll have a water please" and they think I'm asking for directions to McDonald's. Not literally but jeez... Some days man.... Some days. IP: Logged |

Thanks for posting. Neptune makes me dream and Saturn tells me how stupid it is all. I guess maybe balance of that might work. Yes, Neptune makes you see no reality. IP: Logged |
