This week it's my 25th degree Cancer Sun opposite my 21st degree Capricorn Saturn.

This week my failure to organize my finances landed me (unfortunately) in a homeless shelter. This happened the same day the Moon entered my 12th house (I think the 12th represents any kind of unpleasant institution.

Anyhow, I spoke to one of my friends who was shocked at what had happened. She asked me why the hell life was always so unfair to me. She had been late on rent multiple times and couldn't understand why the universe always seemed to pit itself against me.

I could not agree more with her sentiments sometimes. But I feel like I derive more from life because I appreciate life more after having gone through these trials and tribulations. In 2009 my financing was cut abruptly by my parents when my school accidentally "outed" me to my parents causing all kinds of depression and hardship that summer.

I just wanted to provide some insight and example on this aspect. Please note I also have Sun Conjunct Jupiter natally as well so I may not be the typical Sun-Saturn individual.

I know it sounds like I'm not helping but I have saturn conjunct sun natally and my sibling has the square. I don't think this is it.. Saturn-sun hard aspects indicate troubles with the father. The opposition and the square indicate coping with discipline as an external source. The self is being disciplined (As opposed to the conjunction where the self identifies with discipline)

This could mean that your life(Sun) could put a lot of emphasis on structure,order, precision and conservation(Saturn).

I wonder what house your Saturn rules? As people who have Sun conjunct Saturn are usually very careful and avoid such situations.

My thinking is that there has to be some emphasis on Mercury,Jupiter,Mars even Venus involved. Not so much Saturn.

Opposite of Capricorn is Cancer. Thus, act Cancerian to get some extra financing. Interest free loans from parents or siblings is a viable idea.

Uranus will help you find an out of box solution, like finding like minded people with whom you could share a room.
