I have Sun in Capricorn conjunct Neptune. I definitely feel that Neptune casts a foggy mist over things sometimes, but I feel that my Virgo rising and my sun in Capricorn really helps with grounding me so I don't get completely engulfed in the fog. What do you guys think? What's your experience with Neptune meeting Capricorn/Saturn and the other Earth signs? IP: Logged |

It`s hard to describe. While imgination can run wild, reality can never be truly ignored. Neptune is supposed to disolve the Ego, yet from what I`ve noted, the Ego [Self] seems hard to pin down by outsiders [People other than you].Compassion for the fellow man can be a stand out thing that feeds their Ego, but unrealistic goals and expectations don`t seem to occur as much as a Sun-Neptune aspect would imply. Maybe this combo can deal with reality so well that it gives off the illusion that they aren`t from this world or fully there in comprending the hell of everyday living? ------------------

I have everything you mentioned, goat. This mix is conflicting but I think we're lucky to have this conjunction in an earth sign, probably the most grounded one. Thanks to astrology I became aware of my negative manifestations of Neptune and I believe I can only get better at handling its energy. quote:

Maybe. For me, it's hard NOT to notice how life can suck. And I'm not very good at dealing with the mundane. It's boring. ------------------

These influences differ from person to person depending on your ascendant, moon signs and other aspects.For some of you, the mist is not as bad as cook books describe. For some others it is a lot worse. I know too many capricornswith this aspects and some are really admirable but gosh, some others are just completely lost IP: Logged |
