To me--
Gemini---Virgo---virgo wins because they have the intelligence AND rational thinking ability, they will walk away once gemini starts saying stupid things that make no sense.

Gemini---pisces?
Saggy---virgo? Virgo again....just because
Saggy---pisces

Cap---libra
Cap---aries
Cancer--libra
Cancer---aries

Scorp---aqua
Scorp---leo
Taurus---aqua

Gemini moon here, been there done that. Gemini wins because usually emotions are released and tend to flit on to something else pretty quickly.

^Agreed. Gemini can get over people and things very quickly. Almost as though they never happened. Virgo Moon with all it's rationality might find it hard to understand and accept *how* someone can move on that quickly. The short-term win is definitely Virgo, when they realize the Gem Moon games aren't worth it. But the long-term win is Gemini Moon, when Virgo realizes just how unfazed Gemini Moon was by "losing" them, I think.

Gemini definitely has a detach switch.
Problem is.... Sometimes it flickers.

ouch! I'm dealt with this aspect myself being a Virgo moon and it bothers me Gemini's moon lack of desire/ability to confront anything serious. Yes I was hurt that in my instance the person preferred to just stop being my friend instead of going through the legwork of actually having a full-on argument ....but in the end that just feels kind of sad from my perspective. maybe that's not how all gemini moons handle things, but that's definitely been my perspective.

I agree for the most part.....but also, I'm a virgo moon, and after I've worked through the logical reasons for moving on and do it, I don't get emotionally attached to how the break up affected them. Or at least I don't let myself think about it very much. Lol
I see their behavior as immature and glad I don't have to be on the receiving end of their behaviors any longer.
My moon is in 12th and unaspected, so maybe my moon is good at dealing with things ending? Lol
Actually I'm not sure how that affects anything.

As a Gemini moon, yeah kind of. We can sometimes just shut up and there's no fight. Just flip the switch and off we go.
I've had situations that someone says things to me about a conflict that we're having, expecting me to respond. I don't. I tell them that I have nothing to say. Which is TRUE. I'll just have nothing to say.
I literally "turn off". There's actually nothing in there because the lights are off.

Wow, I'm sorry that you relate to it... It sucks. But it's just Gemini Moon's way of feeling secure. They don't like to confront things and just drop them and run, although I believe that if they want to do that then they should utilize what they like to do best: communicate! Unfortunately, I think the burden of explaining themselves is one that is too heavy for them bear and something that truly brings down their "lightness". It's easier to switch off and run off to the next bright, shiny, distracting thing than to deal with anything serious.

EDIT: I think the Pisces in me helps counteract that tendency (not dealing with serious issues). I have much feeling in me to not confront matters of grave importance but when it comes to the end of the rope (after the discussion is done), I'm a true Gemini Moon: outta here with the quickness!

I've experienced this as well, it is very sad. It makes the receiving person feel completely insignificant. It's a complete turn-off, the definition of passive agressiveness.

I can turn it off, bury it, I am a 12th house Libra moon after all , when the situation is small and of little meaning, but when it's a pretty big thing I can't just walk away. It'll eat away at me until it's been faced and dealt with.

I also do it to keep from just going apeshit on people. Because if they want an argument. Once I get going, they're probably in for a loooooooong, rough ride!

I think your 12th house Moon, in this particular situation, would help you by giving you the ability to conceal your feelings quite well. Bury them under the surface. Do you ever feel that you are quite good at hiding how you feel from people?

I can see how that works out with Virgo Moon, rationalizing the situation to a degree that you come to the realization that dealing with such childishness is simply not worth it. However, I believe that by the time you'd have realized this, Gemini Moon would have already disappeared. I think it all depends on how long it takes either native to come to do what feels natural to them.

But, in my experience as a Gemini Moon, being slighted is a feeling that lasts a few hours and MAXIMUM a day. I was soooooooooo deeply in love with this man whom I've had a relationship with for 2.5 years. I thought he was the one. Well, it took me 2.5 (TBH, a day, I swear, I just said 2.5 as a joke) days to move on. I cried once after it ended for like 5 mins then never thought of him again. In fact, as I reflect upon this now, it baffles me how quickly I was able to get past him. Like he had never left a mark in my life to begin with, though I know in my mind that he did and a big one too. Just... No dwelling for me. LOL, it's so bad but I can't help it. Gemini Moon, as I experience it, just wants to go go go go, keep it movin'! This is something Virgo Moon would struggle with a bit.

What do you think?

I know it wasn't to me. But I agree.
For example when my dad died. Ok, one sister missed some work and to this day really struggles some days. The other sister didn't even get out of bed for like a week!

Me, I cried. I was upset and I still miss him. But, when it happened, and I cried, I still worked. He passed while I was at work and I just kept going, tears in my eyes.
I also try to move on emotionally from it.
The way I see it: It's just wasting my time on things that I can't do anything about. Preventing me from moving forward. I still have a life to live.
I tear up about him sometimes, but I'm not missing a step because of it.
Just an example.
But it applies to many many many things.

I'd agree, I don't allow myself to think about it until years later.
I was married to a gemini Sun, I have a gemini Mars, I cannot even imagine how hard it would be to be a gemini Moon....endlessly needing emotional stimulation and if you don't get it your stress builds and you get bored and need to move.
I can see how quickly they would chose to move on, while virgo is still analyzing the "whys" it should end.
The gemini I was married to wouldn't leave but he had a cancer Moon/Venus/Mars....he got super attached and wanted a mom.

Funny thing is I don't usually think about the pain from ppl leaving until they show up again and then for a moment I feel how much I cared and then feel how much they hurt me.
A reconciliation never works out though because the same reasons I wanted it to be over will show up again. Afterwards, it does hurt less, its like I got closure.
I can go a long time without closure, I guess virgo moons are good at isolating feelings so it doesn't hurt as much. Eventually closure always finds it's way back to me, so that's good?!

As a 12th house Gemini mooner, I have no problem telling a person how I feel and if they don't like it, then so be it. I face problems head on too but maybe that's my Aries sun plus I have mars in aries 10th house. Yes, I quickly move on, just ended a relationship with capricorn sun virgo moon man, I told him how I felt but HE refused to believe it until I blocked him from my life. He wouldnt confront issues head on, cheater, dishonest and instead mope about issues and sometimes wouldn't take them serious. I have no time for games because life is too short to be so cautious and moody all the time. I moved on, literally.

Omg Gracha, we are very much alike in this way!
I'm 12th house mooner to(virgo, unaspected moon) and my biggest issue that just infuriates me is someone who refuses to face their issues head on, or even worse blames everyone else for them. I see these people as immature and truly sad, a waste of precious space in my life because quite frankly they are going nowhere!!

I can't stand ppl who don't say who they are and mean it, stick by their values and honor themselves by protecting the things that bring them happiness and get away from things that steal their happiness. I have no time for head games or inconsistencies, agreeing with you, like is to short to waste your energy on things that don't build you up and prepare you for getting out of this cycle of life....I don't want to have to come back for another go around on earth! I'd like to get out of this repetitive cycle of pain, their behavior prevents me raising my energy vibration because their vibrational energy is so low!

Edit *Life is to short* lol

It must be our 12th house moons preparing us for the next stage of our spritual journey, moving beyond the physical world!! Yeah
It must be that making us so weary of ppl who drag us into drama that feeds negative energy cycles and prevents spiritual growth. We just can't do it, to much at stake, even if it takes a few lives we are on the final leg of our race...nobody is going to get us off track, Phffff to that drama! Lol
