As you probably know I have ceres in the 1st house in libra.

Nice aspects:
Venus sextile ceres
Jupiter trine ceres
Neptune trine ceres
Pluto sextile ceres

then i have one minor aspect:
Moon Quincunx Ceres

and a
Mercury square Ceres

I know ceres 1st house gives a natural look, but how does these aspects affect it?

You're welcome to post your aspects towards asteroids in the first house or any other planet in the first house.

I know Aphrodite portrays beauty and in synastry his Asc conjuncts mine. Since I met him my physical appearance changed, literally. I've been suffering from cystic acne since 12, and have tried everything but nothing worked. I was prepared to live with my pizza face for the rest of my life and then I met him. Long be hold, my acne cleared completely within a half year. I was in SHOCK!!! It blewwww my mind away!!! Even he couldn't believe it! So far the acne hasn't returned.. Of course there's occasional breakouts here and there but it's nothing compared to what I had before!

This clearing may be coincidental perhaps due to my hormonal changes, my age (almost 30 now), less stress in my life (was just coming out of horrible relationship when I met him) but anyway, just wondered!

I haven't spend much time evaluating the effects of ceres on ones appearance but I suspect it would give a person a more natural down to earth look.

Okay so my natal chart. Hmm.. Let's see..

I don't have any planets in 6H, except Chiron. It's also the apex of a Yod with Pluto and Neptune as the base. Oh! Just noticed his Angel quincux exact my Chiron as well!

Uranus (conj. Asc) and Neptune in 1H, my chart ruler in 2H.

I don't know what aspects gave me the pizza face!! LOL!

Anyway, don't matter! Hahaha.

So I don't know the exact day that my pimples went away.. I picked roughly 6mo from the day I met him. And I also looked up my bday last year because I distinctly remember my friend commenting on my skin.

So 6mo into our relationship, it was around last year's Christmas time.. I see tSun and tPluto in 1H but tPluto's been there for a looong time. tVenus was in 2H, trined nChiron (wide @ 4 though). As for 6H, hmm just Valentine transitioning it. Oh interestingly, tChiron was exact opposite nAphrodite!

So my 1H ruler is Jupiter - wide conjunction with tVenus (@ 4 deg). 6H ruler is Mercury - wide conjunction with tAphrodite (@ 3 deg).

Did I get everything you asked for? haha.. I'm so new I don't know what I'm doing.. lol
