Topic: Does anybody here have a Saturn quincunx ascendant?

Squares,opposition, and conjucntions are welcomed too!I just read that I have this at a tight degree,approximately at 1°11. I noticed that I have noticed that I do come off serious and too mature for some people,especially people of my age group ! (I'm 21 Btw) I also have noticed that some people have always told me that I look serious or even mean when first meeting them,haha! I'm actually not a serious person at all when it comes to a lot of things. My ascendant is at Libra and my Saturn in Pisces. (5th house) IP: Logged |

Yes, I do.Leo Ascendant quincunx Saturn in Pisces in the 8th House, Rx (1-orb). Both are also parts of a Yod with Mercury... Saturn being the apex planet. When I'm in public (like in school, etc) - (especially alone and not with friends), I tend to keep a straight, unemotional face and do not interact much (if at all) unless they interact with me first... in which case I do not seem engaged or interested in the exchange with the person. I'm pretty much "too myself" in public. As for personality wise... I could perhaps come off as mature in the sense that I'm practical and bring a philosophical viewpoint (perhaps my Sagittarius Jupiter in an angular house influencing this as well) in normal situations with people. Basically, I would say that I do fit the astrological principle of Ascendant in aspect with Saturn for the most part. As for the quincunx specifically, I'm not too sure. Perhaps, because I notice the aspect between the two points as an intense connection of energies because when I'm not with friends, I act very serious in public, and when I'm with friends (especially close ones), I can compartmentalize the aspect as if it's not even there (the quincunx is said to be an intense and compartmentalizing aspect) and be myself more in public (be the humorous, self-confident and "I'm just being myself" Leo Ascendant). Then again, I think that last part applies to most people because they feel more confident and comfortable in public when they're around people that they know. IP: Logged |
