Yes, but I am embarrassed about it.

I often catch myself doing it when in conversation with others (face to face sometimes but more often on the phone).

I can easily take over the conversation and then once we hang up, I feel awful. I usually text back "let's talk about YOU next time" and apologize for monopolizing.
