Hello VacantGazer! Most important are the transits to the Natal Chart.

An important point to remember is when you have a transit that is conjunct a planet you look at the aspect grid to see what other planets are in aspect as well.

example: T. Saturn conjunct Natal Sun.
What other aspects does the Natal Sun make?
is it part of a configuration?
if it is, the Saturn transit will highlight all aspects made by the natal Sun.
