Look for strong Moon/Neptune aspects and 12th house.

I think you'd find something from this list:
Pluto in the 3rd
Mercury-Pluto/Neptune
Sun-Neptune
ASC conjunct Neptune
Sun/Mercury in the 8th
Scorpio or Pisces in the big 3
