So you can see that they are generally parallel. Could definitely be within 1* orb. So the Asc does not have to include Venus in principle by sign or aspect.

What is distinctive is her very high hairline. This leads me to believe that se has Pisces rising and/or Uranus/Neptune are aspecting her Asc. This indicates the possibility of Cancer, say around 11-12 opp Neptune. Jupiter would be at the MC of such a chart.

Ditching school two weeks before graduating to pursue a career in Hollywood is indicative of impulse-driven personalities, not cautious ones like Cancer. However, because of a potential square to Mars, early/mid Cancer rising is theoretically possible since that would also be parallel Uranus/Neptune.

Asc in Pisces conjunct/parallel Jupiter is also a possibility. That would also be CP Mars which makes it more plausible. Sun-Mercury in 11th.

These two possible charts put planets/emphasis on the 5th or 11th, almost necessary considering her strong and successful emphasis on the various performing arts.

The Pisces/Jupiter rising chart is the one I consider most likely. Here is is with transits for approximately the date she drove cross-country to L.A. to start her career. Notice Pluto square Asc.

I don't know. Makeup isnt a one sign, one element thing. Everyone has different motivations for it. I can see Ivy's fire venus and mars being like "painting up my face is really fun yay."

With the pointy chin, large forehead and deep(ish) voice she could be Scorpio ASC.

Her upper lip does protrude forward. You can see it in the picture of her in the car "without make up". Badly filled lips can also eliminate the v shape in the upper lip. She already didn't have much of v there and not it's all gone.

Lip filler and over drawn, IMO.

Exactly. I'm not understanding what the big deal is about it.

The way her makeup is done is very common. I see it everyday. I'm not a fan of the overdrawn lips but everything else looks beautiful. As you said, "makeup isn't a one sign, one element thing," it's silly to even base any astrological guess on it.

But for around here she does were a lot of make up. Much more than just regular people. She's an artist "on stage" so it's not unusual in the least. Her photos are probably also heavily airbrushed like all other celebrities.
