Every one is emotional, it is just how we express is different. If I looked at those placements alone, I would assume she is very emotional. Cancer rising would also play a part, in that cancer would have this protective shell around them. The rising sign can be about how we show ourselves to the world, and the sun about our basic self expression. So I would assume she is emotional but has the protective layer around herself.
