Mine is in the fifth house now.

It's added a little more urgency and seriousness to my creative endeavors. It feels sort of like "I've always wanted to write this book/learn this craft/get into photography, and now I just HAVE to make it a reality."

I've also had my first child. Even though I ADORE her, her presence in my life feels vey burdensome...I feel much less "free" being a mother. Naturally, I wouldn't trade it for the world but it's been rough trying to balance my sense of self with my role as a mother. I've also had some unfortunate personal events occur concerning my child bearing capabilities.

Unfortunately it is also affecting my serious relationship. I'm beginning to see the cold hard reality of who my SO is and how he has treated me. Although I'm a little confused by the fact that it's affecting my intimate relationships. I would think that would be more of a seventh or eighth house transit type of thing. Could it be that it's affecting me in this way because my natal saturn is in the seventh?

Please tell me about your current saturn transit. I want to understand it's effects in different houses. Please also include house rulers if you think they're applicable.

Right now Saturn is 2 degrees in Sag

I have Jupiter in Cancer 4 degrees.

I think Saturn is aspecting it, because I am having **** luck in my higher education.

Saturn has nothing to do with luck, but Jupiter does.

Jupiter also has to do with higher education.
Jupiter is in my second house. Money.

I've been starting to pay more attention to Jupiter now that I'm a full time student who just wants to be done!

I signed up for a condensed class that starts in March. Got an email that the class could get canceled. And since I'm on financial aide. That really screws everything up for me!

Some **** luck right there.

It's a lot to explain why this screws me over. I had to register for a class I don't technically need to graduate to be safe.

The counselor was able to see that only me and one other person registered for the class. How is it going to fill up by March?
Anyways though I'm sure it will get canceled, it's not official.

What are Sagittarius Cancer aspects called?

Sounds like the quincunx/inconjunct aspect. Which house is saturn in?

YES to the Saturn in 7th house part!!! But this is not so much because of the transit, more than it is your actual natal position being echoed together with the transit.

But have you looked at how you are treating him? Maybe ignoring him,not giving him attention, being unresponsive to him, perhaps even cooling off the affections you have towards him?

I like how you put your Saturn in 5th as having an "urgency" effect on the 5th house themes.

I had Saturn in 5th in varsity.I felt like I "had" to finish my degree.I put in the long hours.I "had" to get it done. And I did

It's in my 5th still.. has been there for years. Gonna be there for a year more...
I don't really know how it has been affecting me. I have been more active on the dating "market", but I also think it's because I was in my early 20'ies when it began..
But I have been kinda serious with them all (at least to begin with). With every guy I dated I noticed that I was always assuming that we should have a relationship, or else - not see each other. But I have learned this lesson that you don't have to be all serious... but oh, well, then I got into serious relationships...and I am also in one now! I have learned very much about "early love" I guess. But longtherm-relationships is still very new for me.

And on a creative level, I have felt completely lost and un-motivated. Everytime I've had a pen in my hand, I felt like I was going to make something "seriously artistical" or I should forget about it.
But I have also noticed that sometimes when I was bored, I began to draw a little, and it felt more comfortable that way.
I have an idea that if I can manage to make art for "fun" instead of thinking it as a serious hobby where I have to be good, I think I would enjoy it more. I just have to remind myself that I don't have to be a true artist to make art. It's okay if I make ugly things, as long as I had fun with it.

But try telling me this as long as saturn is in my 5th house still... but I do think it is the lesson I have to learn from this transit...

7th for me. It made me a hermit for a long while which is very unusual for me. I'm ok with it though. Jupiter just entered my 5th so it is mitigating Saturn in the 7th.

The combined result is I've been meeting new people and running in new circles and it's getting fun. When it was Saturn in the 7th and Jupiter wasn't in the 5th it was all about breaking down my old circles and being at home as much as possible.

Uranus in the 12th heading toward my ASC and along with Saturn in the 7th is making this a preparation phase to leave things behind.

Then there's Jupiter in the 5th with Neptune in the 11th making things a little interesting with new friendships.

Thanks! I'll have to look up an interpretation for that transit.

Saturn will be in my 6th house, when it's 11 degrees in Sagittarius it will be in my 7th house.
Though it's in the same house, I feel a difference with it being in Sagittarius.

Tr Saturn has been transiting my 3rd house for more than 2 years and will soon enter my 4th house.

I noticed that my communication skills were often put into question and severely criticised. Mercury is the ruler of my chart and it’s pretty strong in my natal horoscope. I also have three planets in the 3rd house. I always thought that communication and the command of foreign languages are my strong points but since Saturn entered my 3rd house I started seriously doubting my language skills… It made me realise I have to improve a lot of things related to my communication style.

Transit Saturn entered my 1st house almost two months ago. Nothings changed at all expect my self esteem which is in the negatives now sigh. Also my knees are more weak and my teeth are in P A I N. I know Saturn rules over bones so it's only right that I take better care of it now.

Transit Saturn is in my 5th house conjunct Saturn 1 degree and square sun (house 3) 2 degrees, squares mercury (house 2) about 5 or 6 degrees, and trine MC 1 degree. I have been coming up with crazy creative ideas non stop but having issues finding the time to take any action. I used to not mind working 9-5 and happy to have a comfortable job but now I've grown frustrated that my source of income is not fun and requires none of the creative things I'd like to work on. I feel like I am not having enough fun in my life. I'd like to work my butt off on something that is my creation.

Its so weird how creativity has been a new "theme". I was guessing this transit would be child related.

My SO has also has been a lot more understanding of my new frustrations and a lot more supportive.

Right now transit Saturn seems less disciplined than I was anticipating but Saturn will be returning 3x this year for me. I'm looking forward to some new lessons. My saturn square years ago taught me a bit so I'm hoping it expands on that. I can use an attitude adjustment.

I thought that might be what it was. When Saturn entered my fourth house, I had just gotten serious with this guy and we moved to a new place together across the country. Does this mean that any new Saturn transit will have an affect or spur events that are inspired by new partnerships and/or marriage? What I mean is that my move a few years ago was a direct result of my partnership with this guy, and it happened when tSaturn was in my fourth house. So it seems like there is a connection between what happened during my saturn transit and my natal saturn position even then.

The situation with the guy is complicated. He has been abusive and extremely difficult to communicate with and not understanding. He has been the source of a lot of pain and frustration for a long time. But yes, I have been withholding affection and treating him poorly. But more as a punishment and a desire for freedom than just not "feeling it."

Mine is in the 5th.

I feel as if my inspiration levels have been dragged down.
My creativity sure has taken a more serious approach.
Not as wild in partying as I used too.
Even though it is part of my work

Have been avoiding to finish my portfolio, suddenly feeling as if I am not worthy of the work I have done to publish out to the public.

Began a uranian type relationship at the beggining of this transit.
It has been a rollercoaster ride that's for sure.
Her uranus & moon fall in my 5th also.

We we're always saying it should be an open one, but for some odd reason I began wanting to make this relationship more stable & serious this past year. Can't happen. & I have just come to realise why that is

When saturn decided to square my venus a couple of times throughout the transit, that's when reality hit me! And it sure is hard sometimes for a pisces :P

I think this transit is teaching me to begin accepting, first of all my uranus-venus sq. traits, but with a more serious attitude.

Starting to control some of these wild ideas & urges I get from time to time

Forcing me to acknowledge what is truly important regarding my 5th house themes
with the maturity & respect that they deserve, and get rid of the useless pieces that just don't seem to work
