I have transiting Saturn in a tight square with my natal moon right now.... Talk about depression and cloudy thinking! I read up on it and my problems aren't with women but my boyfriend of 7 years that all of of sudden is primping, on a rapid weight loss diet, and being extra nice. Not that he wasn't nice before but things he would normally challenge me on he seems to be overtly agreeing with. Just odd behavior... Not to mention the pit in my stomach. Anyway, does anyone have any experience with this transit? So far it sucks. IP: Logged |

I just went through my saturn return and im making more effort with my appearance. It transited my first house. I never cheated or thought of it. Perhaps the transit is affecting how he sees himself and making him adopt a more healthy lifestyle. Saturn teaches us and can shed light on things we may neglect. It doesn't mean he is cheating. Actually, you nailed the saturn return part. We are both sag risings very close to the same degree which saturn happens to be resting on right now. However, due to saturn squaring my moon, I'm dealing with depression whereas he is overtly happy. It could be nothing more than a need for personal transformation (I hope) but the knots in my stomach make me think otherwise. IP: Logged |

I am an anxious person and went through a period of heightened anxiety about 9 years ago when saturn would have been squaring my own natal moon. I was always thinking of the worst possible outcomes and got a little bit depressed myself. Did you talk to your bf? Just letting you know I kinda relate to how you might be feeling. I agree with what was said above, sometimes when we are upset/depressed it's very easy to think worst case scenario. If that were me I would be inclined to look more to his transits and see what he's got going on. One example transit uranus on personal minor planets and asc/dc/mc/ic can inindicate sudden change in appearance depending where it is. Personally when t uranus was within about 8° of my natal sun I started trying to lose weight and changing my appearance. Another person I know will have t uranus conjunct sun next year and it's on his ic now, he's put in a home gym and getting buff, both of these changes in appearance were/are to benefit the self not from a malicious motive. For both of you I would look at transit neptune, is it in your 4th house (&/or conjunct ic)? This might have more significant meaning if you live together. So you're both early sag risers, do you find you have LOTS in common? Lastly if you really think he's being unfaithful, then don't discredit gut feelings. Put subtle feelers out, ask questions without seeming too nosy or you could ask him outright and garner his reaction and facial expressions. Hope your depressive feelings blow over soon

We both have transiting Neptune in our 3rd house. For me, transiting neptune is finally moving off of my natal moon (still within 4 degrees but better than exact). Interesting about Saturn transiting Uranus, what about the opposite? He is coming out of transiting Uranus conjucting his natal saturn in the 4th (it's a pretty wide orb at this point). Next year I will have transiting Uranus conjunct natal saturn in the 5th. Btw, thank you guys. I appreciate all of the positive thoughts and input. This is a good community. IP: Logged |

Arachne18 - yes, we have a lot in common. Very similar life patterns. Both have parents with a significant age difference, both have older siblings with significant age difference, both lost a parent at a young age. I cared for my dad in his old age and now he is getting ready to care for his mom. Both married and divorced twice, both have 2 kids. Both traveled extensively when we were young, both had difficult relationships with surviving parents... I could go on (and on). It's interesting how astrology works and to see it played out. I've used progressions to look at deaths and found that it also works for many other things. When things are progressing into new signs. When I look back to my divorce my asc/dsc axis was changing. At the time it was 29+ Libra/Aries.

Randall - Deep Freeze, that's a great idea! Interestingly enough his progressed ascendent is right about 27 degrees Cap. I don't know what kind of significance this would have (if any) but I found it interesting. My natal sun is almost exactly conjunct my progressed MC... Thanks again for that. I need to start studying progressed charts more. IP: Logged |

You're welcome! I'm sure you know but just keep in mind that it only means that SOMETHING could happen around that time. What, who knows. It can even mean positive things I think, but I haven't looked at that much, oddly. Maybe I will in order to build more evidence. IP: Logged |

I soon have all my angles going Cardinal and it feels like life as I've known it is about to end. Nothing "fits" and everything and everyone is making me irritated. I am also having issues with my fiancé. I DO have some significant transits taking place though. tPluto conj Moon and opposite Sun, Venus. tUranus sq Moon, Sun, Mercury. tSaturn on IC. Neptune smack on Dsc. Sh*t's been real but not a whole lotta fun :-/ IP: Logged |
