Saturn on anything is guilt/regret.Infact, let me say Cap/Saturn placements can give the feeling that you have "messed up" somewhere. And it may not be easy to forgive yourself and just move on. I have; Saturn/Moon-trine

If you had a planet on the Aqua-Pisces Cusp it would land in your private 4th house and convert those triangles into kites. Maybe you have an asteroid there (?) which could explain things further.
