Any long-term couples or marriages here that have opposing moon signs?

Just wondering, it's the only real point of concern in the otherwise awesome synastry I have with a new guy I just started seeing.

Depends on the signs, and the rest of the synastry, but in general, it's just enough spice and attraction to keep things interesting. I don't consider it a "bad" aspect to have. Cardinal and mutable pairs work best. Fixed signs may have too much rigidity and friction.

In this case, it is Pisces and Virgo. Pisces is supersensitive, I wonder if a Virgo moon would be too harsh for me.

I love oppositions in synastry, the other person could complete the other, opposite signs are complementary, in relationship i want everything but a man who acts like me.. it's too much, in relationship you want someone who complete's you. Virgo and pisces is water and earth, those go well together, do you know the house overlays? I find that the house a planet is in takes over some of the characteristics, so the pisces moon could be in the 6th of virgo and the virgo moon in a water house etc etc, would make it more compatible, also any trines to the moon like sun or venus could ease any tension

Imo feminine planets in opposition to masculine planets work out well. But two feminine planets in opposition can lead to a lot of bickering and catty behaviour.

The only oppositions I like - that involve Moon2Moon or Venus2Venus are: Aries/Libra and Taurus/Scorpio. They are attractive because of the Venus Mars undertones.
The worst oppositions I've seen for Moon and Venus are: Virgo/Pisces and Capricorn/Cancer. There is little common ground with these pairs.

But if you have a Moon/Mercury aspect - or if he has a Moon/Neptune aspect - that could make things easier. If the rest of the synastry is extra positive, you might be able to compromise.
How long have you known each other? Does he like your esoteric interests, like astrology - or is he critical? Does he ever nag you?

You have to figure out if his Virgo traits are too annoying for you. A Virgo Moon man won't leave a Pisces Moon woman, because for the most part he won't even notice there is a problem. So if someone ends things it will likely be you.
