I was thinking about it and my son also is very concerned with the way he looks and gets uncomfortable if he's not sure about his clothes. Maybe superficial isn't the right terminology....are they very concerned with appearances? IP: Logged

I pray to Jupiter's and Venus's blessings every morning for being considered handsome. I work hard to stay in shape because I get sad when I'm not. I worry about aging and eat as healthy as possible to age well. I obsess with about the pearlywhites and do some more prayers every morning for making it to 26 without any signs of balding and still looking very young. I'm not sure if this makes me any more superficial than the average person though. That's my morning routine. Prayers to the beauty gods. But seriously, yea, I'm superficial with me. Not even with clothing because as a typical Taurus ASC I rank comfort over fashion. I just need to be in shape, have good teeth, and dear god let me keep my hair. My most common nightmare is losing my teeth. It's very a specific concern to my own appearance. My partners natural looks rank behind a good number of qualities I look for. I find my Virgo friends, which I am surrounded by, to be more superficial about their partners appearance than their own. Only my damned Virgo friends would point out I missed a hair shaving and insist I handle it quickly. IP: Logged

Plus taurus Asc are known to choose comfort over beauty any way so even when we have style, we are practical. The other good thing about us is we learn to take care of our body as a result (Virgi 5th). Contrary to popular belief, taurus ASC are not chubby or unhealthy. Taylor Laurner for example doesn't drink, smoke and work out a lot. As a child, I planned out which day I would wear a particular outfit. He already at 10 years old will ask me, how does exercise burn calories? What are calories? He's learning thus stuff in gym at school, he's definitely interested in it! Wonder if he was chubster?? Lol The houses can vary a lot depending on what degree the persons ascendant is and how their angles fall...you could have virgo in 5th or 6th. My sons 5th is virgo and the guy I know has his 5th in leo, 6th is virgo. IP: Logged

As a Taurus ASC, I care a lot about basic hygiene. I could never go out with someone who doesn't shower every day or wears clean clothes. Physically I have my own preference in men. I don't like the very metro sexual kind unless they have long hair (lol). I think appearance and how someone represents themselves tells a lot about the person, but also how someone is on the inside. Beauty shines from within and if you aren't pretty on the inside you most definitely aren't on the outside... no matter how many pounds of mascara you wear. IP: Logged

I was not offended! I just like being me, not like everyone else. I think air signs do follow trends more..maybe Leo's also. My ex husband was a gemini with aqua AC, he was all about all the latest trends. Funny thing is every saggy I've known looked like a bum most the time, lol, esp the saggy moons! Even with my libra AC it bothers me to feel like I'm following the crowd instead of being true to myself. IP: Logged

Aqua just want to be unique, my daughter is aqua is she is kind of a trendsetter more than a follower. She also has a libra moon. Every libra I've ever known that was interested in their appearance(I've known a couple gnarly(scary)looking Libras) they were always dressed fashionably but not exactly trendy. Gemini's are all about what glitters is gold! Lol Ive always said flash something shiny in front of them if you want to distract them. But...(funny story) my daughter (aqua stellium, libra moon) we were in a store she saw some art work she loved and took off for it. She was calling me to come quickly. Before I get over to her she had stopped and was staring at this desk with a chrome shiny top on it, like she was mesmerized by it. I started laughing and asked what about your artwork?
