Anyone else have this in their natal chart or know someone personally who has it? If so, how do you think this aspect plays out in your chart or in the person you've observed with this natal placement?

I have this aspect natally and I am forever clueless to how this aspect affects me in life.

It might mean that the way you communicate might often come off in the wrong "light" or something i dont know exactly. It might make you a bit gossipy too and make you a bit of a trickster.

Hmm, I've read that too (the communication coming off wrong part), but it doesn't fit to me. Also not gossipy, although I lately notice that people seem to observe and talk to me with others a lot (positively at least from what I've heard over the years lol), but that's it. Trickster doesn't fit either.

I have Mercury opposite my Asc, and I am pretty sure that I come off differently than I mean to with people often enough (at least in person).

Some people get it, and can laugh at my quirks (I have Aqua Mercury and Leo Asc), but a lot of people don't. The longer people are around me, the more they seem to enjoy my quirkiness (although some people like it right off the bat, but they're a bit rare). I tend to blurt, and not care much for social niceties.

If I'm around people who enjoy being judgmental and sanctimonious, it's likely that we'll never hang out in our spare time.

I always thought it was my 11H Saturn, but I suppose both placements combine to make me a bit idiosyncratic.

My Mercury is otherwise well aspected, and my Asc as well.

Also...I have Mercury trine Pluto and sextile Neptune, and it's always been way better for me to engage in one-on-one communication rather than in a group. I can hold my own at a large party, but not with close groups of people as much. That could again be my 11H Saturn, though.
