What makes someone feel lonely? Even if they aren't? Is this a Saturn in the 4th house thing? And moon-Saturn? I have struggled with these feelings nearly all my life, I have Saturn in the 4th.

Does Saturn aspect your Mercury,Venus?
Do you have Mercury/Venus in Cap?

Is Saturn/Cap in your social houses 3rd,7th,11th?

If not,what about their rulers?

Feeling lonely is actually a failure to 'connect' with others. Or at-least feel that, even with the company of many people around, you are still very much alone.

I also share your feelings of sometimes feeling very lonely.

Saturn-Venus conjunct
Saturn sextile Moon
Saturn trine Moon(in 3rd)
Saturn in 7th
Aquarius in the 11th house(co-ruled by Saturn)

I'm this way. I LOOOOVE being alone, or at least with someone I'm COMPLTELY comfortable with. But I also love to be alone. I love to sit in the dark also. I thought about asking about that. LOL

Anyway, I see 12th house as also being a potential for this. It can make you feel lonely, or desire to be alone.
But 12th isn't the only thing. I'm not sure, yeah maybe Saturn.
Heck maybe outer planets in hard aspect to inner planets?
