With a Cancer Moon man, his relationship with his mom is important to consider. Although this is true to some extent with men generally, it's especially relevant with this placement.

Generally, I'd look for Venus and Jupiter conjunctions, trines, and sextiles or a Neptune trine to the Moon or Venus. In my view, Venus-Neptune is the embodiment of romantic love or Venus in Leo. Libra and Pisces are also romantic. I'd also look at conjunctions or hard aspects to the Moon and Venus from Mars, Saturn, or Pluto and Moon-Venus aspects to each other. I have found these can indicate problems with women.

I think Cancer by itself is more sentimental than romantic. Scorpio likes to probe and they like to test you. They are sensitive to emotional undercurrents, can be psychic, and have the gift or the curse of being aware of people's dirty laundry, which isn't conducive to romanticism. I agree about Pisces moon.

His only aspect with Neptune is exact sextile Pluto and 2 degree trine to Saturn.

His Neptune/Pluto are conjunct my Neptune/Pluto by 2 degrees, these planets touch a lot in my chart

Pluto's on my AC
Pluto conjunct my Venus
Pluto opposed my Jupiter
Neptune sextile Pluto
Neptune trine Jupiter/DC

His Saturn exact trine to my Jupiter

Very idealistic guy with an unorthodox view of romance. Probably wants it to live up to his expectations(Aries and Sag both are very idealistic)
