Those are the dates used on commercial magazines and such. They are only definitive to those not born on a cusp(near the end or near the beginning of a sign).I thought I was Cap because in my country, the magazines say that Sag is from 22 Nov to 20 December each year. And I was born on the 21st of December. So yeah! Also,it depends on whether you are working with western(tropical)or sidereal system of astrology. If the latter, the dates change dramatically i.e Aries Apr 14-May 13 Taurus May 13- June 15 Gemini June 15-July 15 Cancer July 15-August 16 Leo August 16-September 16 Virgo September 16-October 16 Libra October 16-November 15 Sco November 15-December 15 Sag December 15- January 14 Cap January 14- February 13 Aqua February 13-March 13 Pis March 13-April 14 There is still much debate as to which is the correct one.And it is quite a controversial subject as the tropical is said to be based on mathematical calculations and the latter one(sidereal) is based on the actual, physical location of the Sun and planets. I really am so used to tropical that I tend to go with it.But either way,I am a Sag in both. It's just that the other personal placements change with the sidereal IP: Logged |

Yeah that becomes confusing I will use tropical. What I'm trying to figure out is this I will be working at a metaphysical store as a reader and sometimes people don't know their time so how would I know for sure? Can I carry an epidemmis ? For sun signs?? Thanx you! IP: Logged |

Be a real astrologer -- at least use an ephemeris. ------------------ Professional astrology - Expert rectification http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/ Rising Sign descriptions: https://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs-2/ IP: Logged |
