On astro.com my POF is at 5° 4' in Sagittarius in the 3rd house. However, if I go by the fact that I was born past Noon(a P.M. Birth), my POF is at 20° 13' in Gemini in the 10th house.

Which do I go by considering my time of birth, and why would astro calculate it wrong.

The AM/PM is not determined by the clock, but by when the sun rises/sets. If you were born with the SUN above the horizon (AC/DC), that means you have a day chart.
