Solar Return ASC conjuncts natal ASC

In the chart im looking at, the solar IC/MC also conjunct the natal IC/MC to an exact degree.

What has been your experience with it?
Where was the ruler of the AsC in the solar chart and was that house the main focus of the solar year?
