Kero made a thread very similar to this, but I'm too lazy to look it up. Also, disclaimer. When I say FEELS like, I mean it feels that way to ME. It does not mean that I'm saying that it IS. So we're clear. Too often on LL it seems like we get tripped up on these really minor things. I'm Pluto Libra - 9 Degrees - 1st house Now, it's not ALWAYS true, but consistent enough that I took notice. Pluto in Leo People: They ACTUALLY make me want to do physical harm. Like they just rub some very deep part of me (I'm Leo sun, related??). I just want to GO OFF on them. It's not even a feeling of morals that stops me, it's consequences. I seriously want to do harm sometimes. LOL Feels like a bad square - Mars square pluto type s**t. Pluto in Virgo People: It FEELS like an opposition. We really don't have a lot of things in common, but we get each other and at least share humor and similar points of view in situations. (My mercury, Venus, Mars there in Virgo) It's also my 12th house. Pluto In Libra People: Feels like a conjunction. Sometimes it's friendly and we just hit it off like best friends, sometimes we just don't care for each other. It goes either way. Pluto in Scorpio people: Feels like a trine/sextile. I understand these people for the most part. Not always, but it's this pluto in scorpio that I would most often find myself romantically involved with. (Also Libra Pluto, but more often Scorpio) Not to imply that I'm talking about romantic connections. I mean generally more in this thread. But Pluto in Scorpio, we mostly get each other. My Uranus and NN in Scorpio.

I noticed that Pluto in Scorp with Uranus and Saturn in Sagittarius (my generation) differ greatly from those with Uranus Saturn in Capricorn with Pluto in Scorp, so I think we should look at other outer planets when looking at generations beside Pluto.------------------ "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom." - Thomas Jefferson AE IP: Logged |

Ok, well to add to mine then. Outer planets (I'll include Saturn) Saturn in Leo. None in Virgo. Pluto in Libra. Uranus in Scorpio. Neptune in Sag. IP: Logged |

I have a bazillion Sag Plutos running around here and they are the awesomest people in the world. They are enlightened, mature, responsible, empathetic, forgiving- everything I am not. I raised them to about 7 years old, then they started raising me. Love Sag Pluto. I also love Scorp, Libra, Virgo. What generation is Leo? If I'm Libra, isn't Leo my grandma? How can you hate your grandma DeepFreeze? Edit: It's my mom and dad's generation I think. I actually really love that generation. They were really challenging when I was a kid, but I actually work very close with many people from that generation in humanitarian aid work. I really appreciate them for the knowledge and stability they bring. They acknowledge my creativity and innovation. I feel very appreciated and supported by them. I have definitely had to set boundaries though. IP: Logged |

I get along just peachy with Pluto Virgo people...until I don't. Then, my Gemini Mars trine Libra Pluto gets the fight of its life against their Pluto (especially when it's conjunct Uranus.) IP: Logged |

LOL I love my Family. I definitely had to set boundaries though. You can't be timid around them. For me, it seems that I have to get fiesty with them, then they relax a little. They just seem so aggressive to me. Especially later Leo which is approaching my sun.

Yes we are awesome lol but the mature, enlightened, and responsible part.. ehh I don't really see that in my generation. Most people in my generation aren't even close to being mature and responsible. IP: Logged |

Pluto in Leo is my parents' generation (late 50s)- LMAO. I get along well with them though.I see where you are coming from DF, maybe their Pluto hits your Sun or Mars that makes you uncomfortable? Its hit or miss with me, sometimes the differences between my generation and this one are great for growth and I enjoy hearing their perspectives on things. However, when Pluto hits my Sun, Mars, or Merc in an opposition or square, I get annoyed with the attention seeking, selfishness and delusions of grandeur that can come with the negative side of this Pluto. Pluto in Virgo- oddly attracted to them with my opposing Pisces energy, but also a sense of familiarity with my Cap stellium. I appreciate the way they approach business and career-related entities, but I will say their need to control absolutely everything rubs me the wrong way. Good for advice on the career front, not people I would go to cry on their shoulder. I can tell when someone has a prominent Pluto in Virgo, a little too obsessed with perfection and order. Mostly positive experiences. Nothing but great things to say about Pluto in Libra, these people get me. I meet a lot of people from this generation that either become friends or acquaintances with me, and help me to grow as a person. For some reason, the intellectual banter and communication just really clicks. I don't really have negative experiences with this Pluto, but I see a lot of internal struggles between the self and others in this generation, particularly relationships. Usually this Pluto hits my Sun, Venus, and Mars- I take a liking to these people quickly. Pluto in Scorp- hmm, mostly get along with my peers, I feel the intensity and depth the most from this Pluto. My NN is in Pisces, so I think I draw all sorts of relationships from this generation as a way towards becoming more aligned towards mastering the NN. They definitely challenge me with their ability to transform their lives and live life on their own terms. Only negatives are when Pluto squares my Sun or opposes my Mars, these people have tried to control or manipulate me in some way. Pluto in Sag- I love these people- extremely intelligent and humorous! I'm with Faith, don't underestimate them for a second. I feel people in this generation are very progressive and laid back in some sense, but don't take that as a sign they aren't hard working or motivated. I think they have a fresh perspective on things that people can really learn from. I enjoy conversation with them, because they usually are more open-minded and see all sides of the story. But the downside is sometimes they shirk responsibility and obligation for self-enlightenment. IP: Logged |

There go most of the 40 somethings... Mines just before, ~5° orb. I do have a particular problem with the late Virgo conjuncts. I think it went Rx and wound up with a second conjunction in the late 60's (the first in '66). The second is late enough to square my Gemini sun. But just past that time I get the Pluto trine my Mars. So the net result is of the Virgo Plutos, I get along with a lot of them but there's a band (around '67 or '68 I think) that I just don't unless there's other aspects to compensate.

Pluto in Sagittarius http://in5d.com/which-pluto-generation-are-you/ The Pluto in Sagittarius generation is very philosophical and rebellious. They seek action and abhor boredom. This is the generation that will take current ideas and turn them into something so amazingly unfathomable that it will completely change life as we know it. From this generation, we are going to see many new ideas and inventions from kids who have limited educations in any given areas of life, yet are able to figure things out without the need of a formal education. In other words, it will seem as though their minds are wired a little bit differently as they are able to access both hemispheres of the brain with relative ease. IP: Logged |

Maybe you have read that description of Sag Pluto before. I really think it fits. Especially the way you process information and learn. Not just in technology, but to whatever you turn your attention to.Pluto in Sag just needs a safe place to grow. Philosophers for sure. And natural scientists, and metaphysicists. IP: Logged |

I seem to have occasional issues with Virgo Plutos as well. It usually ends up a clash of titans :-/

Pluto on 9 Libra here, too. My Mom has Saturn on 9 Libra, my Dad has Mars on 9 Libra (and SN). Always thought that was interesting. Never really thought about the Pluto generations, well I think for me it depends on their personal planets more than the generation. Can`t see a red thread.

*nods* I have friends born in '67 and we have no issues. (They're Sheep, I'm a Rabbit, we gel.) So...when it's good, it's very good... When we clash...as I do with my '67 sister....it's the worst.

Great thread BTW! I'm very into this subject - Pluto Generations. Like you, I have Pluto in the 1st - but in Scorpio instead of Libra. So I'm ALL about looking under the surface of things. On a lighter note, I'm disappointed with much of our generation's music! Lol. I tend to attract many Pluto-Librans so I think you have a point about us being romantically linked. Every area in life is not 'gray' though, and you guys don't always get that. I either like them a lot or end up neutral about them. Rarely do I hate them! My Mom had Pluto-Virgo along with several other Virgo placements. I tend to respect this generation but I do not appreciate them trying to 'boss' me around AT ALL. So we end up clashing often. We see things differently, but love each other anyway. Pluto-Leo lived through the GOLDEN AGE of music. By far the best entertainers in history! I give them that! Besides that...I'm highly disappointed with them. Many are very self-absorbed and foolish and a huge reason why the younger generations (Pluto in Sag, Cap and to some extent Scorp) are so damn f*cked up. Sickening! Pluto in Cancer - very good and very bad things about those folks. Included people who both fought FOR and AGAINST the Civil Rights Movement. Family or "community" is the end-all and be-all...which is a great thing until taken to the extreme, excluding other people from a good life! Their "values" are the stronghold that we're still fighting to get rid of now! I'm progressive, yet I respect many things about tradition also. So I do feel that some Pluto-Cancer lessons should be kept in place, while their other idiotic views shall be made into the DUMPSTER JUICE that it is. All I've got!

This!! I have many Pluto-Leo folks in my family and this describes them. We love each other very much. They lived through a lot of BS (much of it self-inflicted) so they have lots of advice to offer. You definitely have to put them in their place sometimes. Absolutely! Lol. IP: Logged |

Yeah they do seem aggressive. It helps though when I think of them as excited instead of aggressive. That's really what they are. They get excited. It looks and feels weird sometimes, like they're being aggressive. But if you respond to them like, 'I know you're just very excited', they're response in turn (through body language, etc) is 'ha! Yeah, I'm just really excited'. (smiley face) I wish I could act this out for you. You'd get it. IP: Logged |

Exactly! Pluto-Sag folks are fun & free-spirited, which is cool. But for now, that's about it. This is the generation walking around with their faces GLUED to their cell phones. They TEXT you to ask if you called them instead of actually calling you back! They think that Beyonce sang "At Last" better than Etta James did. 2-Chains is an amazing rapper to them. Who is Tupac? And hey...who was that Missy Elliott chick onstage with Katy Perry at the Superbowl?! They didn't go outside to play and run around as kids. They just played video games with "cyber" friends all day long. I can go on...and...on and on. Disappointed! IP: Logged |
