Whether you have Neptune conjunct a personal planet, angle, in declination to an angle or planet, or many planets in Pisces, my question is: How do you deal with it? How do you shake off the confusion and mental stress? It feels like there's a mist in my head and every time I swipe at it, it just reappears even thicker. I feel lost in a sea of clouds. This sounds stereotypical even for a planet like Neptune, but the stress someone feels isn't funny at all. Do you direct this energy into artistic endeavors? Or perhaps even humanitarian efforts? My last question: Do you feel like more than one person trapped in just one, useless body? Does your mind feel heavy with so many thoughts that you feel it can't be contained within one mind? I find it's good to just space out and relax with the Neptune opposition. Try not to worry. You are free to explore your own world on an artistic level and use the power of your imagination. IP: Logged |

Ummm.... I usually tell myself positive things about my body. I couldn't call it a "useless body"... so I don't know if that's Neptunian. You have to love your body to survive and it's definitely not useless. If you didn't have a body, you wouldn't be on this planet, in this particular dimension - at all. You would be somewhere else entirely. But since you *are* here, you were probably supposed to be. I just try to make the best of it! I have - Sun sq Neptune, Mercury/Jupiter in Pisces, Venus trine Neptune, Mars/DC conjunct Neptune, Jupiter and Pluto sextile Neptune. IP: Logged |

I have a lot of Neptunian energy, but I don't mind the fog because it allows me to get lost in everything and just mellow out; I don't sweat the small stuff much, and I like the mystery that Neptune gives off. It helps that I have two Earth grand trines to balance out the haziness sometimes though. I have Neptune Biquintile Sun/MC Neptune Sesquiquadrate Moon in 12th Neptune trine Mercury Neptune quintile Mars in Pisces Neptune opposite Jupiter Neptune conjunct Uranus Neptune Sextile Pluto Neptune Quincunx SN Neptune trine ASC Neptune semi-sextile IC Neptune sextile DSC IP: Logged |

Given that my Neptune is in the 5H I'm compulsed to write, sometimes I feel as if the story comes THROUGH me rather than from me...it frustrates me that I have so little talent for drawing and more, I have so many vivid scenes but I have to stick to words to share them. And I have a lot of ups and downs in my creative work, particularly in this case the scifi/fantasy I tend to focus on. I suppose my 5H Mars helps me work at it though.I do direct many good intentions to humanitarian efforts. Prayers and good thoughts don't really work...that's probably my 5H Sag stellium, particularly my Mars, urging me to be the change I want to see in the world on philosophical grounds. Neptune is probably more of a backseat driver in that case, and yet my imagination does prod me as well (for example, when I resolved that I would NOT sweep up the glass in the streets that not even mothers would bother with I kept imagining cats and even racoons licking and swallowing the glass off their paws until I finally went out there and swept it up). As for your "last question" (which strikes me as two questions) that's an esoteric question for me, and having so much philosophical Sag energy combined with Libra (Scorpio cusp balanced somewhat by Scorpio Jupiter which I think also ties into my 8H Pisces) along with my Gemini MC it's perhaps best if I didn't explore that question.
Therefore, suffice to say I do feel like I'm many people...but then we all are, we have different aspects that come out with different people, places, situations, and many other factors. It's common for many to answer to different names (this includes pet names, nick names, titles, formal vs. informal, etc) so this doesn't strike me as unusual. Perhaps it's more true of me than many others but I have my doubts...I'm skipping my reasons for why. Sure, I have too many thoughts and sometimes I get a powerful impression that there are "other mes" on other levels of reality. But then plenty of other people find stickits and day planners essential (that is if they don't want to keep screwing up their days because of all the stuff they keep forgetting, or finding it hard to think because they work so hard to keep the info in mind). Plenty of people with the money will even hire people as personal assistants, not just the general kind but also travel manager, etc (and this is for personal use rather than job related). What's problematic is that we're not mind readers (contrary to the belief of many) so that we can't really know who is "deeper" or "more intense" or "is more overwhelmed by inner worlds." We can make a guess based on surface impressions as well as suggestibility but a guess is just a guess, and appearances are all too deceiving, people get fooled by the most elementary stock illusions and gambits every single day. Not to mention so many other "obvious" things that simply aren't what they appear to be but we've been trained to view it that way. That is to say such things can't be known with certainty. And my body isn't useless. Limited perhaps, and I'd gladly avail myself of certain proposed transhumanist options (for simplicity sake think of them as installing all sorts of devices within the body itself, perhaps the Uranus at work in my 5H stellium, though more Neptunian in my desires would be a device or procedure to enable me to regulate my sleep so I can perfectly schedule it on demand and even go say 250 hours without sleep and be completely fine with it...but there's something pleasant about sleep at times, too, when it's not so demanding) once I felt they were safe to make my physical existence more useful but I'm not useless. When my body feels useless, I'll shed it, even if all I am is my body (probably my 5H stellium again, luckily that same stellium helps keep me positive overall, even when life sucks I'm positive I'll find a way to make it better when patience isn't enough to do so). A big YES to the last question especially. So many thoughts and a very heavy mind indeed. Too many emotions as well, feels like being stuck under an ocean of them, drowning in them at times. I wish I could give better advice but I am still learning on how to deal with the mental confusion/fog, but I have come a long way from where I used to be. It's not an easy energy to work with. I have spent too many years trying to escape through sleep as well, I love sleep, I used to to try to sleep as much of my life away as possible. I completely understand what you mean when you say stuck in a useless body, because this body feels so restricting and limiting and like I know it's not actually me or who I am but it's so hard not to feel judged for it by other people and it can feel hard to let the true soul shine through, like others don't see you for who you truly are cause they are too stuck on the physical image presented in front of them. The body can feel like a "life-time of hard labor in a prison house of skin " to those with strong Neptune, keeping the soul confined that wants to be free and merge with All that Is. I do direct some of the energy into creative endeavors when I have the energy, I have a lot of things I am interested and want to learn and do, too many so that it's hard to narrow down which ones to channel the energy into and not be too scattered. Breathing exercises can help as well as positive affirmations, tell yourself you are not confused even if you are, this is what I was told to do. If you have repeating thought patterns like "I'm so confused" literally stop and go "NO, I'm not confused," even if you don't believe or feel it. I just finished reading the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, I highly recommend it, it's all about being present and in your body which I think Neptune energy wants to escape from a lot, being in the body, but being stuck in/controlled by the mind is worse and makes things more confusing, because we are not our minds, or our thoughts. The mind is a powerful tool, but it is just that, a tool, and it shouldn't be allowed to control or take over, it's just there to be used when necessary as any tool. I think what adds a lot to the Neptunian confusion is not wanting to be in the present, but wanting to be in the past or future or another dimension/world, anything but here because the Neptune energy allows one to have a knowing that there is more out there than this seemingly concrete reality but it can still be hard to actually access whats on the other side of the veil so everything feels foggy on both sides, because there is a foot in both worlds. Neptune energy needs to be balanced with "grounding exercises" whether that be breathing exercises (breath work brings the soul into the body and out of the mind), walking, gardening/working with the earth, physical activity of sorts whether it be yoga, dance, work outs, walking/hiking etc, there are grounding meditations too and you can meditate on be more rooted into this world (visualize roots coming out of your feet and connecting with the earth), stand on the earth in your bare feet whenever you can, being out in nature is very grounding in itself, sit with the trees, listen to the sounds of nature, the birds, the wind in the trees, waves on the shore but try to quiet the mind chatter, or don't let it have control, let it chatter, but watch the chatter as an observer, thoughts are like clouds drifting by and changing shapes so watch your thoughts like you would watch clouds, let them drift and come and go but don't be so concerned with what they are saying or become convinced that they are "you," and also work on directing the thoughts, we can be the master of our thoughts/mind but it can be hard, like training a monkey, that's what the mind is essentially for most people, an untrained monkey jumping from branch to branch. Sorry if I am rambling too much, I can identify a lot with your post/questions. Do you love the fog, as in weather? As a strong Neptune person I loooove when it is foggy and misty out, I guess cause it matches my personality, it makes everything so pretty and magical and mystical too, like you never know whats going to come through the fog or peep through the veil at you.

I have pisces moon and neptune square my chart ruler (mercury) exact + jupiter opposite neptune, conjunct uranus/saturn and venus sextile neptune I havn't really incorporated this in my own life yet, but a VERY good idea for any neptune/pisces influenced person is to start meditating and work on finding your inner peace. You do this by finding out what you love to do and what you're good at, and then start "doing your thing". By this I mean, that if you like painting because it makes you relax- then start to paint. If you feel that you're good at making delicious desserts - start making more of this. In general, do more of the things you love and what makes you feel you are awesome. Cause then having neptunian insight is a real blessing... It can feel like you got your talents from god (or someone higher above) so it is really about finding out what it is and start doing it... Then it's all okay to be a little crazy and confused lol IP: Logged | |
