What particular signs will do a kind gesture and keep a pet for a friend? Would this kind gesture be shown in the 11th house, if not what other house?

Keep in mind I mean TRUE friendship, not the condescending kind most (including me, though I give them more respect than even many worshipers of the beasties do) reserve for pets. That is he considers their perspective as completely equal to that of a human so he'd only take them to a vet if he felt the animal in question would want to do if clinically informed (no spaying/neutering, for example). He talks about them in a way that people can get confused (for example, "Lilly hates fireworks so we stayed inside and watched an old movie"). He knows it's confusing so he doesn't normally explain the friend/family is an animal (if he does he might say something like "Lilly is one of the cat people"). The guy reminds me a lot of Hagrid (also tends to look that way as well, I figured he was in some "1%" biker gang when I first saw him).

It should be note that this guy is incredibly psychic, but it's not something he brags about, it's quite disabling. Growing up in a macho family and community his sensitivity was further alienated...though don't think the guy was weak, he's stronger and braver than a hell a lot of men who go around posturing everywhere. His psychic ability makes it easier to hang around animals and also fairly cynical of people in general.
