Saturn is a slower moving planet so it could be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Saturn also goes retrograde for extended periods of time as well so it may go back over your Jupiter a few times.

You can check how long it will last by looking at the ephemeris (Swiss Ephemeris from astro.com). Usually, it is considered applying and within orb if it's two or three degrees tight, before your planet (or after, if you're looking at a retrograde transit).
