virgo/ libra? His face is very symmetrical, there is neptunian influence though, maybe an aspect to the ascendant.

I just noticed that it's something about Scorpio moons that just looks similar. They have this thing going on around their eyes that look dark in a way. I can't explain it, but I just notice this a lot.

Bingo, I think so too. How does he act in social situations,especially when he first met you? That's usually a dead giveaway.

Idk about Libra Asc though. I don't care if a Libra ascendant has a subdued moon or sun,it's just something about them that are nice and accommodating. I have this ascendant and everybody tells me that i'm nice, accommodating and patient.

It may be Virgo though or Taurus.

When he first met me, he was very ...god, i can't think of the right word....very focused on me but in more subtle ways. He stared at me a lot, seemed a little shy but not afraid. It always seems like he's watching, analyzing. When he's around family and friends, he's a joker..laughs and smiles a lot..kind of aggressive and vulgar in his speech.
