I don't think Venus in Gemini or a Sun in the 11th would make a person inclined to female friends. Venus in Gemini is already an airy manner toward relationships. If you put this energy into the house of Aquarius then I imagine the person cares about people in the humanitarian, bigger scope. The personal day to day relationships are always graceful and sociable but rarely personal. This is tough and confusing for most people but people like them a lot anyway.

I'm a great fan of this energy having experienced it three times. All three women, the one mentioned above being the most aloof, are not needy and give an amazing amount of space. One even telling me she's ok with me dating other women and openly wanting to talk to me about them. She wasn't even dating anyone else and was happy to have me as a part time boyfriend/friend. Stated she just wanted me to be happy if I needed more woman time.

They are definitely terrorist to men who require consistency or want a passionate, complex thing. These people don't relate to you like that. Even on the occasion where the word love has been used it felt like a genuine love mix of friendship and acceptance not of passion and romance. I prefer the former. It is freer and is a better foundation.

The Sun and Moon placements can heighten and lower the intensity and aloof/flighty nature of the 11th house Venus in Gemini but it won't change their airy affection style or their humanitarian love. They will always seemingly relate to you as another human first; granted another human they care about more but you will likely not receive an incredible amount of special treatment like a Venus in Scorpio in the 7th house.

I personally hope if I marry, that my wife has Venus in Gemini and if it's in the 11th house I am quite fine with that.
